I would select Theme C in the settings to have that piece play even at the lowest levels cuz it's just too good.
Perfectly balanced, as all Bach's pieces should be.

I played this Menuet ages ago. Actually, I don't know what is the more faithful at original; the sheet is slighty different than what you played and I played two versions different from this, too!

Nice playing, I am bad in reading notes but at 2:11, what does the wriggly line on top left mean? I did not hear any difference there. Was that a mistake or intended? :-)
That's a mordent, which is typically played as a quick alternation from the written note, to the note below it, and back to the written note. Often, ornaments in printed editions of baroque music are added or omitted by editors as well as players according to one's own taste. It was customary in Bach's day to embellish melodies as seen fit, especially in solo works and small-scale chamber music.
Perhaps Paul finds some of the ornaments of this edition clunky or ungraceful, or perhaps he originally learned the piece from some differing edition. I'd wager it wasn't a mistake on his part. 😃

Its written: D-E-F#-D-E-F#.
But i hear: D-E-F#-D-E-G.
You can even see in his hands that he dosent play the F# note twice like the music sheet says.

La obra, técnicamente, es correcta. Pero falta el fraseo propio de Bach. Los "portatos" de la mano izquierda deberían de cantar más. Al comenzar se escucha muchas notas juntas, bien tocadas, pero hay como un "caos". Esta crítica es constructiva. Quisiera poder contactar contigo personalmente y poder decirte lo que aprendí de Bach. Pones el peso en las dos manos casi siempre, excepto en algunos compases del "portato" y la mano izquierda le das volumen de pronto. No sería correcto. Por otra parte, tu técnica de dedos es muy buena, pero necesitarías saber cómo se desarrolla Bach, y la obra estaría perfecta. Un saludo.
on 1:40, in the first bar, does someone knows the name of that mordent that start on A and finish on C? and how it's supposed to be played?
Yes. You just play it starting with F and A but then on ur right hand, when you're playing the F, change it to G then A. Hope this helps! 😊
