I would like to learn the first technique you were demonstrating with the grey and pink. Is that considered intarsia? I vote for the blue yarn.
If that demo is still too fast, you can slow the speed even more. The symbol on the bottom right that looks like a wheel is used to change settings. Click on it and you get a menu of different items you can reset. One of the items is viewing speed. You can slow it down or speed it up. I watch a podcast where the person talks real slow, so I watch it at 1.25 speed so I can enjoy it.
