I like the blue. Congratulations on 39 yeas.
That technique looks really simple, so I may try it out. So many ideas, so little time...

Can you share a pattern link or name? I can’t seem to find it on Ravelry.

    Happy Anniversary!
I have enjoyed using the slipped cables in my Cabled Trellis shawl by Stephen West. It does look so clean on the wrong side, even with thicker cables. I would like to learn the first technique you were demonstrating with the grey and pink. Is that considered intarsia?
I vote for the blue yarn.

Love the blue. Do you have a video for no cable needle cables with bigger yarn and slow motion? I have trouble seeing what you were doing.

If that demo is still too fast, you can slow the speed even more. The symbol on the bottom right that looks like a wheel is used to change settings. Click on it and you get a menu of different items you can reset. One of the items is viewing speed. You can slow it down or speed it up. I watch a podcast where the person talks real slow, so I watch it at 1.25 speed so I can enjoy it.

Hi love to win the blue yarn, then I will find your video for sock knitting and chart reading. I love the two socks at a time. back when I knitted every day, I knitted two sleeves at a time. then Arthritis set in.

Can the pattern be done with dpn's? My choice for the yarn would be the blue colorway

Kelley, isn't this called mosaic knitting? Pink please!

Both colorwork without interlocking floats and mosaic knitting offer unique ways to add color and patterns to your knitting. Colorwork without floats allows intricate, multicolored designs with challenges in carrying yarn, while mosaic knitting offers simplicity and geometric patterns. Your choice depends on skill level and the design you want to achieve. Happy knitting! 🧶💕

You didn't explain what you were doing very well. I've seen this technique before. I planned on doing that technique when I do my sweater that has a tiger on it
