Nick is a real G
Markooo! The sly son of a gun!
Great video Handsome
Thanks Resilient! We can thank my parents for that lol!
Do I sit with discomfort of having low self worth? While disputing them here and there
Hey Jordan - Absolutely! We sit with that discomfort and over time we break down the concepts of self-esteem and moves towards unconditional acceptance.
Nick, I’m curious your opinion on Eckhart Tolle and his teachings, and always how it impacts OCD.
Great video also
Hey Clay! Thank you! I think if we are applying the principles for allowing things to be present, focusing on the present (as long as it's not compulsive) I don't see it as an issue. The one problem we tend to run into with Eckhart's stuff is this, it tends to not be philosophically deep enough for us to get under our fears (this is where unconditional acceptance comes into play). I think if we add some of his principles into our journey it can make a big difference + REBT/ Stoicism/ exposures, etc.
How do i accept when other people tells me that i cannot make a mistake? That seems tough
By practicing unconditional self acceptance over a long period of time + not needing to show people up.
