Yes, I've been waiting for you to do a video on the most expensive home in this state!!!!!! I don't live in NC, but it has probably been my favorite state for a long time.
0:25 "London, NYC, and LA are my places." Me: travelling 200 miles too a lake for vacation with no hotel, but camping, dont have a passport, and a 1700 SQ home.
I like North Carolina I have a family member that lives there and visit often but I like South Carolina better and its quaint homes. Thanks for sharing your videos, I enjoy watching them..
It won't sell for this much, it's surrounded by streets on two sides. Look it up on Google/Apple Maps if you have a chance... It's also in North Carolina. Yes, there are wealthy people in Wrightsville and yes, there are wealthy jetset people who fly in to visit that beach from Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham, and yes, it's possible they'll snag someone from out of market, but none of the local market supports that level of valuation on that type of property. I'm thinking the list at $16.49 is a marketing/PR stunt to garner videos exactly like this one. They'll list it like this for awhile, then delist in a year or two and it'll reappear awhile later at around $6-8.5M. People who commission 6, 7, 8-figure projects like this can absolutely afford to let it linger for awhile and even use it as a demo-home for architectural/design capabilities they may be trying to sell. I'm not sure how write-downs work in this type of scenario but that may apply as well. That said, part of me is thinking they're trying to snag an impulsive hyper-rich type as they continue to justifiably flee the very mismanaged New York state and City.
You must be very smart guys there are houses listen that are very crappy for 9+ million and that house is way nicer and better than anything you will ever be to afford
That's an excellent point, but I think the distinction here is that the title reads with the keywords, "for sale." You're correct about valuation, just worth pointing out that it isn't for sale and doesn't fit this exact context.
Check out picture #25, it seems like the whole house rests on stilts and the space below has simply been aesthetically and purposefully integrated very well, and features the pool: www.trulia.com/p/nc/wrightsville-beach/1-auditorium-cir-wrightsville-beach-nc-28480--1045703946?mid=24#lil-mediaTab
Jacob Carmack He lives in Greenville, North Carolina. And he has shown his home in videos. I would say it’s a normal home 2 stories with a basement. But it’s not huge
The 1 Auditorium Circle is a beautiful North Carolina modern mansion. I like modern design mansion with glass wall for the indoor outdoor living. I like the open design concept. The pool flowing under the house is very original. I wil build a basement in the house under the pool to add 2 more bedrooms and one bath. nice to learn in the video that the tropical modernism design was invented in Sri Lanka.
Nothing wrong with that. You've gotta see your goal before you have something to work towards. 😎 I feature clothes on my Channel I can't quite afford yet but I'm getting there.
@@mdee9337 That's what I was thinking! Can you even have family over in the backyard without noise complaints? My dream home would include a lot more distance from neighbors. I hope this home includes that feature to turn off the transparency of windows.
Don't know why, but i don't like this mansion. The location is great. Beach front property. But i don't like its design. $ 16 million with only 4 bedrooms . Pass
It is not beach front . It is on an intercoastal , ten feet from the main highway leading on and off of Wrightsville Beach . Watch the video again with that in mind . PS I live here . And would love to live in that house . Also we don't call our homes " Mansions " .
This dude has OBVIOUSLY not been to Wrightsville beach if he thinks the water is "crystal clear" 😂😂
I love how this dude make it seem like he's a millionaire. He has all these cool things and does all this cool stuff because he's rich!

It's off the market now. I just closed on it for 12 mill. Once I am settled in I will invite you over Mr. Luxury. Ta ta for now.

Pretty sure the Vanderbilts beat you to North Carolina by a little over a century ago
Little shack called the Biltmore Estate
I loved the gardens in that shack. ;)

Jason B it was a jibe at his comment “I believe us millionaires should start looking into buying property in North Carolina” but I get your point
I love the way the narrative sound ❤️
Mr luxury the best
Damn those are some beautiful homes. Would be nice to stay in one of those during this pandemic.
Can you do videos about Australia? They are like a mystery land.
Lol I live on Sydney Australia, it's amazing
Splendid Video!!! 👌👌 I love your content! 😄
It looks like the design could handle the overpressure of a Cat 5 - but what about water mitigation? What does it do about the tidal inflow?

Who else thought that MrBeast could afford this house if he was like this?
He just doesn’t like big massive expensive houses for some reason

Wonderful house!
However, the video is careful not to show the heavily-trafficked, noisy bridge directly beside the house.
