Please stop flipping the camera when you move to another room because you do not get a sense of the floor plan. Also, you are spending way too long in the rooms. I watched this at double speed and it was still too slow. Thankyou for sharing though.

While this house was clearly the most expensive home in the 2023 Parade of Homes, it wasn't even the nicest one in North Ridge. The one on Foxfire for $5M is a nicer home.
I toured the one on Foxfire. It's on my channel. It was very nice.
I didn't care for this one but the closets were very nice.
6.9 million for that is a straight up scam that home is worth no more than 2.5 million
