Miami and all these super nice and expensive houses are just a few feet above sea level. It's like buying real estate in Atlantis.

I have actually been inside #5, which is 46 Star Island. Yes, it would be my top pick. Plus, it's the only one on Miami Beach. The rest are all in Coral Gables. Miami Beach > Coral Gables and yes, I have lived in both cities.
