I love this for ceramic coated vehicles. I tested it on my car and it took the car back to the day it was coated. The beading came back and the gloss was back. Love this stuff for my car.

Carpro essence plus works incredible as a glaze its fillers stay much longer than anything else. It was designed as a coating “fixer” but I have use it as a glaze and it already has a sIO2 protection component in it that’s better then a wax/sealant. I love the stuff I put it on everything coated, non coated, French fires

the carpro reset i received don't produce nearly as much suds as the reset in your wash bucket... i even tried to dump more in my bucket and still not that much suds.
if you don't finish using all of the soap in the ik sprayer, can you keep the soap stored in the sprayer after releasing all of the pressure and rinsed out the hose?
Hey Brian if you haven't heard of Shift by Shine Supply you should give it a try. The soap is pretty good. It's great for ceramic coatings and matte finishes. It's ph neutral and has no polymers nor gloss enhancers. It's what i've been using on my car since it's been coated with ceramic pro 9H.

TAC system Mystic Bubble, Gyeon Bathe and carpro reset are all basically the same. The "eraser" products are identical. If you look into the history of the companies you will see why.
I don't know a lot, only heard the TAC is the manufacturer produce those three. However, the same OEM manufacturer may be requested different standard by different companies on specific product

Excellent video. I’m not a pro, but try really hard to avoid marring and damage. Ive found the 3-4 mitt method to be the most efficient. Curious if, in the case that one owns more than one foam gun, would you recommend one soap for a pre-soak and another for contact wash? This could be due to cost, efficacy, reason for each stage, etc. thanks!!

@@DainHunter you lose all credibility by saying that. First off that crap is a cheap ceramic spray wax that cost 15 bucks at Canadian tire on sale. Polish angel High Gloss is the best Topper.... 1-2 squirts per panel ontop of my cqurtz ceramic and it keeps that carshow look for several weeks. High gloss is expensive for broke people. 100 bucks worth would last me the whole season from April to October. You clearly didn't buy it or just used it incorrectly. It's not a great standalone product It works best as a topper.

I already have Purple Power Vehicle and Boat wash as a foam. I should not have bought this I think. I wanted a general shampoo. I need to strip, but I still don't know how often. No detailers will respond to me. I buy via you guys' links, trying to support your channel and I like all that I watch. I wish I could pay someone for a 20 minute consult. No one responds. i tried 50ml reset and 450ml water and it was amazing foam! I dont know if we can dilute it further but i was thinking to try that out now that i have a 1L of Reset at home ^^ its amazing how little product is needed for carpro products! I wish that people saw the dilution too and not just the pricetag. doesnt matter if u pay 10$ for a cheap soap if the dilution is 50:50 lol. thenj its much more advicable to buy reset with that small dilution :D
@@DainHunter problem is to wash the car with reset with cars with common waxes, and common sealants, such as sprays and waxes in carnauba paste, the reset was made for ceramic protections, otherwise it will remove the wax or sealants ....
@@eduardofolha8415 i dont belive that it removes sealants because they are mostly chemical resistant, but ofc check with the sealant that you are using to make sure
@@DainHunter it will not remove the sealant or wax for the first time, but it does, the Reset besides being PH Neutral has other alkaline solvents that removes applied waxes and sealants .. unless you have a ceramic protection, then yes it is safe because the ceramic has good protection! I used Turtle Wax Seal In shane as protection, he is not weak;) Reset was made for cars with ceramic coating, not for regular washing.
@@DainHunter who told me was youtuber Pan The Organizer, and he knows what he's talking about ... He himself said that the Reset is only used for cars with ceramics, otherwise it will remove other areas applied over time, due to the alkaline power of shampo!
Love this series! Like many enthusiasts I like trying many different products and car shampoo is one that's easy to try out new things without much commitment. I'm very interested in trying the IK foamer for a couple reasons: it seems to deliver good foam and where I live we have very hard water. I could fill it up with distilled water and foam the car. One question: are there any edits when you are pumping up the foamer or does it really only take 7 or 8 pumps to get it pressurized? And is that enoughtk get the whole car foamed without pumping it up again? Thank you again for making these videos!
Anyone add a once of ONR To Reset wash mix? Love RESET, just hate the cost. Lubricity doesn’t seem as good as others. Wondering if adding ONR will help but more importantly soften the water.
Don't see the benefit of using one mitt on 1/3 of the car without dipping into bucket of water for rinsing. just use two bucket wash to make things easier.
Henry Liu purpose is not introducing ANY dirt in the clean water bucket. 2nd not diluting the contact wash bucket. If you watch the video he can reuse the wash water since its still clean.

I only have Adams Cs3 on my jeep and hydrophobics faired better after Reset than PS Pearl. Kinda surprised actually.

Pan is recommending Adams Mega Foam for the pre-soak, and this Reset for the contact shampoo

Will this break up tough traffic film with out removing wax or sealant?
It leans higher on the pH chart towards alkaline ...does a great job on traffic film. Wax may not survive...sealants should.

i tried 50ml reset and 450ml water and it was amazing foam! I dont know if we can dilute it further but i was thinking to try that out now that i have a 1L of Reset at home ^^ its amazing how little product is needed for carpro products! I wish that people saw the dilution too and not just the pricetag. doesnt matter if u pay 10$ for a cheap soap if the dilution is 50:50 lol. thenj its much more advicable to buy reset with that small dilution :D
@@DainHunter problem is to wash the car with reset with cars with common waxes, and common sealants, such as sprays and waxes in carnauba paste, the reset was made for ceramic protections, otherwise it will remove the wax or sealants ....
@@eduardofolha8415 i dont belive that it removes sealants because they are mostly chemical resistant, but ofc check with the sealant that you are using to make sure
@@DainHunter it will not remove the sealant or wax for the first time, but it does, the Reset besides being PH Neutral has other alkaline solvents that removes applied waxes and sealants .. unless you have a ceramic protection, then yes it is safe because the ceramic has good protection!
I used Turtle Wax Seal In shane as protection, he is not weak;)
Reset was made for cars with ceramic coating, not for regular washing.

He himself said that the Reset is only used for cars with ceramics, otherwise it will remove other areas applied over time, due to the alkaline power of shampo!

Love this series! Like many enthusiasts I like trying many different products and car shampoo is one that's easy to try out new things without much commitment.
I'm very interested in trying the IK foamer for a couple reasons: it seems to deliver good foam and where I live we have very hard water. I could fill it up with distilled water and foam the car.
One question: are there any edits when you are pumping up the foamer or does it really only take 7 or 8 pumps to get it pressurized? And is that enoughtk get the whole car foamed without pumping it up again? Thank you again for making these videos!

Love RESET, just hate the cost. Lubricity doesn’t seem as good as others. Wondering if adding ONR will help but more importantly soften the water.
Don't see the benefit of using one mitt on 1/3 of the car without dipping into bucket of water for rinsing. just use two bucket wash to make things easier.
Henry Liu purpose is not introducing ANY dirt in the clean water bucket. 2nd not diluting the contact wash bucket. If you watch the video he can reuse the wash water since its still clean.
