People really need to make a living in any ways they can. It's nice to have this kind of content of yours inspiring entrepreneurs big or small to keep going and recover from the devastating COVID-19 virus that paralyzed most of the business around the world. Your channel os worth watching for and makes people crave for Ramen even late at night! 😄
You see? Your work is important and inspiring and that's really beautiful. I'm tired from work and as soon as I watch this video I'm like I've been resting all night. Thanks all of you 🙂
Great to see the younger generation keeping this tradition alive! Especially cool that he used your videos as inspiration for how to get started! Such a beautiful stall! I wish him success for sure
Because it's new. The ones run by old people are worn out over the years, which IMO adds charm and character to those stalls. Makes me think, "damn if it's been in use for that long, the food must be good"
I'm planning to start a ramen stall myself and I'm researching about stall management and how to make ramen (Different styles) and here I ended up on your channel today and loved to see that their was someone else too who started a successful ramen stall by getting inspired from your videos. I hope my stall works out too.
I love this ramen stall owner's story. I'm so happy that he's living his dream of running a ramen shop. There is a silver lining with this pandemic for him. Good luck!
It's always looks so delicious when the ramen is put in the soup 🤤 You did a great job for inspiring others, I hope the stall goes well Love from Indonesia ❤❤😁
The ramen looks ravishing. I hope that his ramen stall have an overflowing clients and provide him and for his family. Such a brave to do a business in these times.
Like he said he already owns a restaurant (izikaya that serves grilled meat and drinks if my Japanese doesn’t fail me lol) and wanted to be proactive not on the defense because of the virus. Costs are considerably lower for this cart so I suspect he’ll make it work until things open back up someday.
I always wanted to try to eat ramen at this kind of “yatai” style. It’s so heartwarming to see someone is inpired from you to make this stall. You must be very happy and proud. :)
Your Ramen Stall looks well organized and clean and neat. The Bench for seating is great too! Your Father did a masterful job with attention to all the details, and the soup looks very good. Good Luck to you and your Family!
I love japanese ramen and everytime i see videos like this. It never fails me to entertain.i like how the guy so positive and productive.more power to your business.we filipinos love japanese culture so much. Love from Philippines 🇵🇭
It's really nice seeing a new generation of raman stall owners continue the tradition! Hopefully he will have a successful experience and inspire others to join the trade as well.
Amazing!!! so hungry after watching this. Some of my best memories of my time in Japan were spent in a Ramen shop. Tonkotsu is the best! Thanks for this hit of nostalgia!
The Dad's wonderfully crafted Yatai made the set up not as time consuming as you notice the cooker is built-in the cart. And the wood, back wall, cabinets are the cleanest I've seen. Many people will pay him to build it.
I prefer to eat and enjoy ramen in this kind of stall. I like the ambiance. The chef / cook looks cool. So much respect for this hardworking individual and to all who serves delicious ramen in all places. Mabuhay!

Can’t wait to go to Japan and have street food there! Definitely gonna try to visit this place. Looks so much better than the Japanese ramen in the US 🍻
My Goodness! I miss Japan 🇯🇵 so much! The people, the culture, the food! 😋 Honestly some of the best people that I have met in my entire life were Japanese. Thank you for sharing this these wonderful videos and I cannot wait til I go back to Japan!

when i was travel to japan back in 2017, i always want to eat ramen from street ramen vendor like this, because i think there is no point to eat fancy ramen at shopping mall or fancy restaurant, this is the real japan cuisine, street food!
I swear it's like night and day! How lucky to rent a tiny apartment and never have to cook because restaurant quality food Is so accessable you Don't have to pay for gasoline because you can just walk to pick it up! You are so lucky
