Great video Ollie! Would love to see a deep dive if possible e.g. how you get people into your email list (paid ads, books etc), how many emails they read on average before they purchase the course with conversion rates and other useful numbers!

this was in the first few chapters of the 118 page case study. Great seeing a video about it. I wonder if you have any skol community or paid discord or any other paid community ? I would love to be in a community of likeminded people who are making educational products.

      No community, I’m afraid.

Fantastic video. In 12 minutes you've completely upgraded my thinking when it comes to my business and how I'm offering my products and services. Would love more product architecture videos just like this Olly!

Thank you for explaining your business model. Could you share more details about how you run the 30-day challenges?
I'm thinking about starting a monthly continuity program, but I've heard it requires a lot of effort. Your monthly challenges seem like a less stressful way to provide ongoing learning opportunities for students without the commitment of a monthly subscription.

It’s actually far more content to create. But when they’re made, they’re made! Lots more detail in my case study.

in the case study, the monthly programme was an answer to subscription model (as said in the video too). Albeit requiring more product/content, I reckon it's much better than having a subscription only model, as it complements the core offer beautifully.
