    Hello. when I watched the first video, I noticed a sticker of wiseco, on the lid side covers. and now you say, strangely old head and new piston

    What year is this I’m looking at one that looks really similar but I don’t know much about it an I can get it for 200 bucks is it worth it my buddy said it needs a gas tank an a top end rebuild

    Piston clearance is determined by the piston diameter of the skirt. No wonder why the clearance seemed large!

      Mr Manual he say- A:measure piston and B:cylinder, subtract A from B.
      Service limit is 0.120 mm. (piston 12.5 up, cylinder 20 down). Needs re-bore.

    1:59 seems like you already need a new piston

      That’s the old piston before it was disassembled
