Hi all
I’ve gotten too excited in an unboxing again and not read the side of the box…
It is 1/16th, I think some of the accessories are a bit big in size, but the IFV is 1/16th.
I had no idea it’s such a big boy next the the Abrams, thought it would be much smaller!.
Here’s where I bought it from
www.dklmrc.com/product/td-rtr...
Dklmrc will check all there tanks, so shouldn’t come trashed from the factory.
But postage is a bit expensive, but flipping quick! (2 days from Hong Kong!)!
And I think forgebear tanks in the UK are stocking them soon
Have a great weekend!

The M-2 Bradley is a troop transportation vehicle (or more accurately: it's an infantry support vehicle... I think). Anyways, it looks bigger because it can carry several infantry in the back whereas the M-1 Abrams is all tank. The M-2 supports the infantry, the M-1 supports destruction. It'll roll over your car and not even feel it.
Hi!
Yep, but it’s not quite 1/16th, but it’s a nice model.
Thanks for watching and saying hi!
Have a great week!
I’m sure it will look awesome once you’ve finished with it MrT
Hi! Not sure on this one 🙂 the boy might be getting it! 😂
Hope your really well, and the rock crawlers defy gravity!
Ha ha i loved you said that you couldnt read i spat my tea out 😂
its 1/16 th .ive got them as models in 1/35. size is correct
Thanks for this, it’s fricking huge isn’t it! I think some of the gear might be a bit big, and the pioneering tools.
And sorry I missed the box, it was a live opening, I did it as soon as the postman put it in my hands. I know others take it all out and rebox it, but that’s no fun! 😂
Thanks so much for the info, and thanks for watching, means a lot 👍
Have a great weekend
IRL, the Brad is taller but not wider nor longer (hull length) than the Abrams.
Hi canto!
Thanks for that, I’m still slightly dubious of its size, it’s not longer, but it’s the same width and it is taller. I have a feeling it’s like 1/15.5 if you know what I mean.
I love to compare it to the Dklmrc Bradley kit.
And my 1/16th crewmen look a bit small in it.
Thanks for commenting, good to hear from you.
@@mrtankalotrctankschannel The Abrams is only about 2 inches wider than the bare minimum Brad (M2). When you go to the up armoured variants, A2ODS, A3, A3 UCSV, they would be wider in the sense that they have additional ERA blocks and grilles added on to the skirts.
The M2 Bradley is an Infantry Fighting Vehicle and usually works as part of a Mechanised Infantry Platoon. The Warrior is a UK equivalent.
The M3 Bradley is an Cavalry Fighting Vehicle and usually works with a reduced number of scouts in the back but and increased number of TOW missiles.
As for scale, (apart from it being on the outside of the box and printed at the top of the first page of the manual and on the little black box) perhaps the easiest check is the width, since M1 and M2 have similar. M1 = 3.65m, M2 = 3.60m.10:00 Also you are comparing a fuel "jerry" with a water one - so they wont be the same.
Hi!
Yep did that, and it’s very strange in dimension, and I really don’t know why they did it! I can’t see any reason for gearbox size, the only thing I can think is they didn’t want to make another turret ring up!.
Love your sense of humour, had me in stitches.
Hi!
Thanks 😊 I’m not sure it’s everyone’s cup of tea!
Sorry I didn’t get back sooner, been a nuts week at work.
Thanks so much for watching and supporting the channel!
Have a great week 🙂
you could ditch the speaker and use a couple of tiny sugar cube HO scale speakers used in loco's. then more room for interior
Yes, those things are dam loud, my father in law builds model trains, so surprising how loud they are!
Thanks for watching, means a lot, and sorry it took a while to get back, nuts week!
Please let them make a CVR-T!
Oh yes please! We can live in hope! 🙂 thanks for watching, and I hope your having a great weekend
I'd love a Spartan personally but I'd settle for a Scorpion.
Spyker Workshop did offer a kit for either the Scimitar or Scorpion which was almost entirely 3D printed a few years ago.
@@PieAndChips that’s very cool
Hi. I just received mine with some parts already broken during shipment, i guess? The whole assembly of addons is endless. They should do something about it. Controls quite sketchy, Overall, I find it OK compared to HL tanks.
Hi!
Sorry for not getting back sooner!, and that’s flipping annoying.
They do seem to use them in postage as rugby balls, or the plastic is brittle in some way.
Has any wiring broken off the gun motor yet? Just wondering if it was me being unlucky!.
I do think here very heng long 10/15 years ago.
Let me know how you get on with it, thanks for saying hi! And have a great Saturday 🙂
@mrtankalotrctankschannel I just ordered a standard Mk5 British tank from them. They gave me discount code after reporting of the broken part from the Bradley's read lighting cover. Got the tank less than 200 sgd including shipping and tax. It's quite a steal.
Very close , will admit the Bradley do look bigger .The scale looks great . Can't wait for what you do with the paint details .
Hi! Yes I’m so shocked at how big it is, teach me to do an unboxing off the cuff (as usual 😂) I do think some of the accessories are a bit big??.
I’ll do my best, but the haya centurions first.
My little boy has taken a real shine to this, not sure I’ll get it back to work on it!! 🙂 thanks so much for watching,it makes it all very worthwhile for me 😊
Have a great Saturday!
Please do a video showing how to open up, etc.
Hi!
I promise I will, been hectic at my day job, and I’ve got to strip it. The tow servo literally burned out, melted the case!
Hopefully get round to it the end of this week, next week tops.
Thanks for making contact!, and have a great week 🙂
Very interesting one, thanks ❤
Hi!
Thanks! And thanks for watching, I’m still slightly dubious of scaling, I think bits of it are 1/16th and bits 1/14.5.
And I’ve had an issue with the tow servo, that’s the next vid!
Have a fab Sunday!
Great video! Definitely going to add it too the collection!!
Hi!
its not that bad, its got a few niggles, but mine was a pre order, so the little things will be ironed out by now.
Sorry I've taken so long to get back, whit Christmas, kids, gigs and a tax return its been a bit nuts! have had the time to get back to everyone.
Have a great rest of the week and for watching my channel. you deserve a medal!! 😁
@5:00 this must be out of scale. I’ve seen them together and while the Brad is too tall comparatively ared to over AFVs, this looks way off next to your Abrams.
@7:00 you (& Tongde) might be right! about to pick up a 1:72 Brad to match my M1A1 and compare. very interesting subject with a troop compartment to work with.
Hi!
I know, it looks huge! But is it! 😂 I’d love to know of it looks the same proportions in 1:72.
I’ve found some actual Bradley measurements, stuck them I a scale calculator and the width comes out right, the length is too long, and the hight is too tall, but is the calculator right, or the measurements I found online of a real Bradley correct???
Thanks for watching, and saying hi!
Have a great week 🙂
Beat me to it!
I like the look of these, plenty of potential.
Sorry Pie! But you got me with the cent! 🙂 have you got one on the way?
Hope your keeping very well, and have a great Saturday 👍
Well dang. I have to buy this now.
Hi! Sorry for the temptation!
Thanks for watching!
That gas can looks more 1/12 scale. It looks like the same size as the gas can that came with the new g.i.joe #clutch and #vamp
Hi!
Oh hell yes, this thing isn't 1/16th at all. as a model its got potential, but i hate being lied to by a company to sell stuff.
Thanks for saying hi and for watching, really good of you.
Have a great weekend when it comes!
@@mrtankalotrctankschannel thanks. you as well.
G'day mate love your videos mate was wondering if you could help me out I'm looking for a Cromwell or a churchhill 1 16 cant seem to find any in australia could you let me know please if you have any ideas looking forward to more of your videos yeah I get what you mean about the ivf instead of ifv 😆 🤣 thanks in advance mate
DKLM RC has a pretty decent Churchill available. For a Cromwell I think Ludwig Hobby is the only option but they take a fair bit of modelling skill to put together.
Hi!
Sorry I’ve not gotten back sooner, been a nuts week at work!.
You have hooben for the Cromwell. And DKLMRC for the Churchill.
Here’s the hooben
www.hooben-shop.com/products/hooben-1-16-cromwell-the-fastest-british-military-army-tank-cruiser-mk-viii
But there not known for the best customer satisfaction..but it’s fully built and RTR
And the Churchill
www.dklmrc.com/product/ccmk7
But you have to build it, and both aren’t cheap.
I think Dklmrc on request will build the Churchill for you, but guessing it might knock the price up by a quarter.
Thanks for watching, and hope that’s helpful.
Have a great week!
Hi. AliExpress?
Yep! 🙂
This gets so frustrating it’s quite clearly labelled on the box 1/16 and probably in the instructions read them
I know, my wife says I’m very frustrating too, and I should read the instructions especially when we get IKEA and I just rip it all open and start slapping it together.
So we end up with a lot of billy book cases, should have been 2 beds and kitchen.
Thanks for watching, and have a frustration free weekend, a glass of wine, some nibbles always sets me up. 👍
WPL Gaz-71 is marked as 1/16 but in reality it is 1/20...
@@MichalKaczorowski I think it’s mostly 1/16th 🙂 it’s just so huge! Thanks for commenting and watching. Too kind!
Have a great weekend!
Someone please buy this man a proper microphone or audio set up.
Done, the wife did! Happy new year!
Compared to a brand like heng long or taigen is this brand decent?
Not as good at Taigen but more or less equal with Heng Long
Pie is right, maybe you could say there like heng long from about 10 years ago, but pies done a great centurion from them.
The Bradley looks a step up, there a few slightly dodgy wholes, but I’ll see what it looks like when I’ve put all the bits on!
Thanks so much for watching, makes it worthwhile, I was shocked about the size of this to a tank though!
Have a great Saturday 🙂
I'm glad I paid for the full 30 minute argument! :)
How is this model 'new'? What about this from three years ago? ua-cam.com/video/aWV9b-ksycs/v-deo.html
Hi!
Its new because its a factory production, the one in the vid is a much better model, you need to build it and its from DKLMRC.
If you are inclined to do the work i'd get that.
Carson does make them built to order, but obviously there much more expensive.
www.dklmrc.com/product/okmo-1-16-artr-3d-print-us-m2a3-bradley-model-kit
This is the one in the vid, the Tongde one is quite toy like and out of scale, but there is a slew of after market upgrade sets coming out, and if you can live with the dodgy scaling, its okay.
Thanks for watching, and have a great week.
how could you not know the scale 1/16? all advert indicates that scale and your unboxing sound was bad man way to low. Bradleys are almost the same size as an M-1. Just look at gulf war pics where Bradleys shined in combat along with M-1s
Hi! Actually I was right and tongde lied, it’s kind of 1/14.5 with a bit of 1/16th, it’s on a load of rc forums
That’s fine as long as they don’t state 1/16th, which they do, so there a naughty sausage for lying about the scale.
And yes the sound is shocking, it’s a wonder anyone watched it, must be my English accent.
Have a great Sunday.
Funkers recons there not tanks
Hi
I know, but if I don’t put that in the UA-cam algorithm UA-cam will send it to people who like actors called bradley, or how to get pregnant (for some reason it gets ifv muddled up with ivf 🙄) and won’t show it to anyone interested in maybe watching it 😂
Thanks for watching! (And if you were trying to find a video on ivf, or Bradley cooper I do apologise 🙂
Why do all these vloggers grunt and sigh when lifting up these boxes are they trying to make out there heavy? very weird.
Hemorrhoids, thanks for watching!
Mader
I wish! 🙂
not like real
Hi! Yes it will need work, might be quite a bit of work 😬
Thanks for watching, and sorry for the scale mix up, just looks so big! 😳
Have a great weekend and thanks for the support!
