I’m pretty sure the KFOR armor is painted woodland green. We DID bring our desert armor over for our KFOR deployment, but that was because it was an opportunity to run all our vehicles through brown and root maintenance.

IMHO Tongde model here looks more toylike than HL (i.e, green colored accessories). The fit/alignment/gaps of some body panels look a bit crude and rough. Those exposed screw heads look very bad. Battery bay on top is a plus. It's good for MRC to have other tank type offerings than HL offerings, but do't know if at exact same price points as HL models. It would have been interesting to hear Alpha's thoughts on this exact model.

i agree with most of what you are saying, i bought a M60 after trying Heng Long tanks for a while, the Tong de M60 was a mess, loose wires, battery plugged in, nothing actually fastened to the inside of the chassis and after 1 run broken suspension arms and i was running on tarmac and short grass, i spoke with Tong De and they wanted pictures and an address and my PayPal account for the shipping of the parts !! the parts would be free but the shipping would be at premium rates.
i have looked for replacement parts and ended up paying way to much for metal idlers, suspension arms, wheels and tracks, i removed the plastic gearboxes and mounted a pair of Heng Longs, now tarmac, grass and even rougher terrain no longer break stuff.
the Bradley is to long, its hull is about an inch to long so whoever was in charge of reading the specs of the real Bradley made a mistake that made it into production.
i also hear about issues with the rocket launcher/servo and gearboxes, but as i do not own a Bradley i can not confirm that.

That's what model building skills are for! Find a good Desert Tan and airbrush or spray the packs. Follow through with a good wash and panel lining and that will go a long way towards making this model look more scale and generally covering up a lot of sins. Not much that can be done about the screw heads from what I can see in the video aside from painting them.
I'm mainly concerned about the mechanicals and cost. My experience with owning several Heng Long tanks is you definitely want to get the metal gearboxes at a minimum if you plan to run on anything but a smooth and hard surface like tile or open wood. Metal tracks/road wheels are definitely a nice upgrade and definitely recommended if you plan to run it in the dirt. HOWEVER, $400 USD for the professional edition seems a bit high... but not a dealbreaker though.
Perhaps I'll look into getting one sometime this summer after i take care of some other more pressing matters.

No turret? No s***? So what do you call the large rotating component on top of the hull, with the 25mm Bushmaster cannon, TOW2 launcher and co-axial MG?

Fumble of words buddy. Meant no larger cannon as this one will not shoot the airsoft BB's like other 1/16 scale tanks.

When is the freewing J-10A going to be announced?
Edit: I wish it was a J-20, but this is still cool. Glad Freewing went 90mm on it. Just wish there were vector nozzle mods for those of us who enjoy that.
