I was dismayed to see him support Trump the first time; but I have to say, as a thinking person, I appreciate his ability to communicate with the audience. I want a president who can connect with voters, who cares about the country. I may disagree on some policy issues, but at the end of the day, I will vote for America.

I'm Canadian but I was impressed on his position on drug addicts. You place users in treatment programs, you don't lock them up in jail.

Goes to show how politics are always grey, not black and white. No-one is ever gonna be 100 % in agreement with a party or candidate. And you have to be able to compromise and be neuanced. For example; in the norwegian local elections this year, The party I intend to vote for is a party I obviously agree with a lot, but I absolutely HATE their stance on foreign policy. But because this is a local election and won't impact foreign policy, I'm willing overlook it for this one election. I probably won't ever vote for them on a national level unless they change some of those stances, so then I will have to look to another party that I probably agree with a little less, but one that I find is overall better suited for national politics.

I have a die-hard Trumpist in my family. He buys into every conspiracy theory out there, including "the election was stolen." He complained about "the suitcases." I told him, if you really want to know how elections work, and not take the words of a loser {Trump}, go to your county clerk's office and become a ballot judge, election judge, poll watcher, etc. His response was "well, the election was all right in our state, but what about the other states." No matter what you say to Trumpists, they don't want to know the truth. They can't handle the truth. Anyway, my response was "you can always move to another state and see how things are handled there." I wished he'd move!!!

Wish Christie would be the nomination. I know that everything these candidates speak in happen. But I feel in my gut this guy is the most honest and straightforward of all, besides Biden. Just gives me a good feeling. I live how he engages the audience and looks every person in the eye. Unlike Trump who just talks about himself.
