Valiant appears to be a '66; I am more of a '67-up fan due to the better "Swap-ability," engine bay being a little more accommodating to modification, and better parts availability...but as long as the floors & trunk are solid (spare well not so concerning), the Valiant gets my vote.

My first car was a '66 Valiant (in '76). That one is pretty straight. The '64 Galaxie was really cool, rare to see a 4 door hardtop with buckets and console!

I’d go with the Valiant. Looks like it’ll clean up nice. And the FL plate tells me it may be in better shape underneath. Just subscribed and looking forward to the content.
