Yes make sure to put them in freezer bags and lay them flat where they won't get squashed. You can freeze these up to 4 weeks. When ready to eat simply thaw them on a cooling rack :)
These were delicious but they deflated quite a bit. Any tips, I didn't sift the flour and I didn't sift the liquid batter. Would that have caused the deflating. I also did not use traditional cupcake liners like you did. I used a stiffer food grade cake cup liners.
I think don’t open the oven as they bake at all. I found when I made two batches the first batch I kept opening the oven to check on them whereas the second I just left them. The deflate on the second batch was significantly less than the first

You have to follow the ingredients exactly and method with baking. If not your cakes will fail.
