✔️16 g fast acting yeast
✔️300 ml warm milk 28-40°C
✔️300 ml warm water 28-40°C
✔️50 ml vegetable oil
✔️2 tsp sugar
✔️2.5 tsp salt
Filling::
✔️600 g suluguni cheese
✔️300 g cottage cheese 9%
✔️100 ml cream 20%
✔️30 g butter
✔️8 pcs of yolk
✔️ yolk for lubrication
Bake in a preheated oven on a medium level, without convection
200°C ~ 20-25 min. (until golden).
