It's coming along... Lots of progress... Nice house design, and the view is super! Good episode... Thanks! Wir wunschen dir ein guten rutsch ins Neues Jahr! 👍😎👍
Hello Greg, Thank you for the content of these house builds, Love the way you point out the details of how things go together, like the drain for the AC that is on the inside of the house , The details are everything.
The house is coming along and those front steps look great. The stones cladding are unique and add a very nice touch. Love these videos and thanks for the update!
I notice the concrete outdoor floors , do not have relief cuts . control joints to manage cracks . great looking progress! does this house use concrete mixer trucks? Sandi the dog is alive because of Greg n Wilma .
They are mixing cement with one gas-powered mixer. They are making saw cuts in the driveway, but didn't see them on the patio. Maybe because they are tiling that area. Sandy is a good girl.
Thanks for the neighbor's house update. That is a HUUUUUGGE house! 😲 My new house would fit inside the sala and master bedroom! 😲 We have had 2 power interruptions since we moved to Pampanga in mid-June. One was lightning hitting the transformer next door! Power in the bigger cities is pretty reliable.
Hi 👋 U2& HAPPY HOLIDAYS & NEW YEARS 🎉!! Nice 👍 to see you catch us up on this massive neighbor build TY👍. How is the other neighbors house opposite of your coming along? Really enjoy these home 🏠 builds a lot. Yours is the OG of course! Blessings 🙏🌺🌸🌼
Hi Wilma & Greg. Thanks for your interesting video and for featuring Sandy once more. Was a kind of missing her already.😊 May I request, you to feature some more resorts or restaurants in your area?
Thank you for the video Greg! Looks like your neighbor’s house is coming right along. I’m in Tagiug, BGC, Metro Manila and there hasn’t been a brownout since I got here November 6. Take care always.
hi greg do you know the size of the house that is getting built , i really love all your video's wish you and wilma a very happy new year and all the best , keep up the great video's

where did they put the septic tank in their build and at wh where did they put the septic tank and at what level is the top of it. i am curious how it can be accessed for future servicing.
If you have two septic tanks in a household with only two persons, don’t you think one or both of the septic tanks will be underutilized in such a way that not all compartments will be filled with waste water. And if this is so, I think it will affect the process provided by the anaerobic bacteria that is essential in the breakdown of the materials coming in to the septic tank.
Must say they have a good builder and been in business for a while,,because the fly by night construction dudes don’t have metal scaffolding,,they use bamboo and coconut lumber as part of the building costs,,then discarded and go back to driving their trikes.. in between jobs,,😊
Why is the master bedroom suite and bathroom so small especially the bedroom what a fantastic view and what I don’t understand is when you’re building a house why do you want to enter into the living room? I think a front hall is so much more appropriate and actually if you leave your doors open, you don’t get as much other particulars in the air blown by the wind into the main house, but the view is spectacular and the design of the house is comfortable
Can you share who their Builder is? I know there have been a lot of problems with builders in the Philippines and since these people are not on site all the time, they must have someone that they can depend upon to get the job done right. Thank you in advance.
@JohnH9876 With all the issues and talk regarding contractors, we have decided to no longer recommend. People need to move to whatever area they want to live in and do due diligence like Wilma and I did.
Greg curious on your own home do you have a monthly bug exterminator. I am also taking an stab in the dark this house next door going to be about $250k
I feel sorry they invested so much before learning about their neighbors. Certainly affect resale values in the long run. They obviously didn't realize who they were. UA-camrs are such drama queens around Dramagetty. 😂😂😂😂 Oh my, wait until they know Wilma. They do not know she the "boss" of the area.😊😊😊. I certain they grateful for reasonable neighbors! 😂😂😂😂
@buildingthephilippines Too funny! 😂🤣😅 You safely avoided any comment on Lil hittler. I didn't know previous to last video about her past, but I was certainly not surprised. 😁😁😁

Omg I was watching the video and saw your house . I knew it immediately. It’s my favorite build. I want to build my house just like yours
This is our neighbors build.
@ I’m not talking about their gigantic house. I’m talking about your beautiful White House with the pool right off the living room
@lennyclark1998 oh ok, appreciate the comment.
Boss man, I’m looking to get some land in Palawan. Then build a house similar to your specs. Can you tell me around about what your specs are?
Having an automated pool cover is always nice, even without construction
@@DeltaDawg The pool cover I bought disintegrated in the sun in 60 days. It was a waste of money.

Great progress on their home. It's gonna be a showplace. Is their lot 1/2 to 3/4 acre in size? I love their terraced garden area.
@PatrickMcKillip-q8v The house sits on something like 1200 sqm. Garden does look great. Thanks for watching.

This house looks beautiful. I love the layout. It's simple. Exactly what I want to do. Do you have a rough estimate on how much this cost?
@@BlessedVeteranAdventures Don't know specifically, but Western style is around 30 to 40,000 pesos per square meter.
@buildingthephilippines Ok, how many meters is this house?
@BlessedVeteranAdventures Not sure maybe 400? People count square meters strangely here. Carports, overhangs are often counted for some reason.
@buildingthephilippines So about a 250-270k build.

They have 2 septic tanks, one on each side of the home.

Lots of steps
Yes, there is.
Hey Greg, what concrete mix do you like him and my guys wanted one for five I made them use 123 what are your thoughts?
Mix changes with what it's for. For normal use, floors, driveways, columns. 1 bad cement, 2 bag sand and 3 bags stone.
Good answer I think the same way when I built mine and used 123 my foreman said sir that’s what we build bridges out of. I said great do it
