Love your excitement eventide you find something even (in all your videos)when it's just cheap sun glasses or a cheap snorkel & goggles & that always makes me giggle. Because I'm the same way it's not how much the object is worth, it's the fun of just finding anything! Never lose that quality , because it will change you completly!! Thanks for ALL YOUR great videos , keep up the great work Jake !!!
Thank you for featuring me in your video !!! We had so much fun !!! Best time ever hanging out with you and your crew !!!! Glad we were able to assist in making your vacay incredible !!! Proud to call you one of my new best friends !!!!
Dude, you're the most stand-up guy ever. Just found your channel while brainstorming trying this same kind of idea. I LOVE that you're trying to find the owners at the end, that's some inspirational work right there. Off to take notes on some of your equipment and whatnot, thanks for the ideas for adventuring! 💯
I love your videos because you are always excited and smiling when you find something and you’re kind to people when they stop asking questions great job
AWESOME FINDS JAKE👍👍 We have been on some massive gold finds lately over $100,000 in GOLD in just 2 weeks, QUICK tip don't cable tie your skip plate to coil you want to remove sand from it after each dive mate👍👍 see you on the next hunt💍👍
Such a great day of underwater metal detecting! I don't know about you guys, but if I lost my diamond ring in the water, I'd go give Jake a call instead of just leaving it there!
The ring at 8:14 is a claddagh ring. A traditional Irish ring. Traditionally made of gold. Used to be used as a wedding or engagement ring. Polish it up and you have one heck of an heirloom.
that heart shaped ring is actually a classic claddagh irish wedding band! theyre usually made out of gold and theyre used to mark a young woman as married or single!
I want to do this so bad, just because i want to have the same excitement when found something like jack. What is the cheapest beginner metal detector you recommend? Love the video 🔥
I would initially say (Equinox 600 or 800) but the (Legend) by NOKTA MAKRO seems to be the talk of the detecting community! The one Jake uses is one of my favorite machines!! The Excalibur is a VERY GOOD machine, although it’s a lot more advanced than some of those detectors I mentioned initially and can easily steer a new hobby finder away if they’re not persistent and truly learn the machine…. The main PRO is the multi frequency (BBS) aka //broad band spectrum// simultaneously transmits, receives and analyses a broad band of multiple frequencies to deliver substantial detection depth, high sensitivity and accurate discrimination for a wide range of target types. This broad band of frequencies provides the detector’s electronics with more information about a target and the surrounding environment than is possible with single frequency technologies. The detector carries out advanced signal processing of these frequencies resulting in improved target identification accuracy and increased depth. This process also significantly reduces false signals from ground minerals, even in harsh and variable conditions, such as salt water beaches.. I’d like to recommend the Legend or the Simplex depending on where you’re going to be searching… We’re all told to start in our yards lol, but obviously beaches are easier to dig and find stuff. Here’s a tip, you will need a digger and a pin pointer and a pouch AKA (Fanny pack) you’ll need somewhere to put all your bottle caps !! Hope this helps !! Happy hunting !!
Luck of the Irish was with you, as your first Ring was a Claddagh Ring the elements of this symbol are often said to correspond to the qualities of love (the heart), friendship (the hands), and loyalty (the crown). Also the luck of the Irish proved strong with that Diamond one you found.
your awsome for returning items. may you always have good luck and plenty of oxygen 👍 I found a rolex in costa Rica a few years ago and it was inscribed. went to the the little snack shop on the beach in Manuel antionio there at the park, was writing my info down for the owner if someone reported lost. walks in a couple asking if anyone had found a watch. I asked what kind and he said a nice gold one.i asked him to describe and he said the inscription, I pulled out of my pocket and I thought he was going to have a stroke 😂. nice guy wanted to pay and I said dont worry about it😎.maybe I might lose mine one day and get lucky to 🤞.
Bless you, there is something so refreshing about someone who returns as much as they can. I really enjoy watching you, great videos, and even better values.

Once something is lost, the finder has zero obligation to "give it back." The reality is, this man gives genuine effort to return lost items...being a greedy letch has no place here!

Love what you do. Would you be willing to go to Wisconsin to a place called Yonkers farm. I lost an earring there in 1977 but the worst part is that when I got out of pond I took other earring out and put down in sand. Lost both that d. They were from my grandmother and to boot mom died when I was 13 and all her jewelry was stolen. So I was wondering. Probably impossible. I doubt a detector has ever touched that property. Just a viewer that admires your shit. It's people like you that make a mark in this f'd up world. Thanks for the smiles. Keep doing what your doing!!!!!
Blows my mind that there are so many people that wear their rings to a jewelry park, let alone a water park in the middle of the ocean! Take them rings OFF 👏🏻

If it does not need to be waterproof then a Fisher F11. Need to be waterproof, but not over 10 feet then a Nokta Makro Simplex.
Get a nokta makro pulsedive and enjoy
