For a single foreigner looking to rent and hasn't looked around for a place needs to grab this one! It does not get better than that at that price. I thimk the ideal rent should be at least $250 and up for a well maintained property. Grab it while you can!
Very spacious! Very decent for the price. This is 1000 times better than the $350 one! I would have designed it with a larger balcony and make the entrance area in the front smaller. It is spacious enough for two people. No White Skin Tax on this one. 😅
I would take the downstairs for the private patio. Grab this one!
Decent size, split level AC, ceiling fan, nice little patio. I like it. Me being anal about my bikes I'd want some kind of easyup or something to keep my bikes covered but ya, place looks great.

That’s a really nice place for $180 Philippines is real big on having security guard at every place you could think of I’m not real big on having security guards out front but did you see any out there?

Just a rough estimate Mike Janet either one of you guys think it would cost to furnish one of those apartments you know a couch a chair TV a stove the bed what do you think I would run a person because you’re only talking about 2000+ dollars a month for an entire year of rentif you could furnish it for another five you’re still under the average cost of a rental property that’s a hell of a deal
