They can't help you but if they can give you a ticket that is always the first option they will go for. They can even ask you for your ID without a reason and if you refuse they will take you to police station for obstructing police work. And now I see the same standards among Polish police officers in the UK. They treat public the same way as in Poland. You should realise that any time you pass anywhere there is a gate with a "private" yard beyond you should avert your eyes and under no circumstances look at anything in that yard - if by any chance you happen to see anything you should immediately go home, lie down and forget everything you have seen. I'm a foreigner. Ive lived here for 22 years and I know the law better than 95% of the UK population, why? Because I had to study it and I work in a field which means I have to use it regularly.
