  • Hong Kong Egg Tarts (Daan Tat) 蛋撻 is my go-to dessert at dim sum. These tarts have a buttery flaky crust filled with a silky smooth egg custard. When I was a kid, I've used to only eat the egg custard when little did I know… the pastry is the best part! AND the hardest part to make. In this video, I will be showing you how to make these delicious tarts at home. Enjoy!

    Ingredients:
    ⭐️Butter dough:
    European Unsalted Butter - 1 cup (227g)
