I have a dell precision m4700 and I put a m2200 in it, and it definitely games.. not anything to call home about.. but I picked the laptop up for 150 bucks, and a mxm card for 50 bucks, so 200 dollars well spent! ❤
Same here, M4800 with i7 and a M2000m (original K1100m), at that level gaming fun starts 😀 Next will be an 7510 i7 with that M2200 (original M1000m). But it's everytime a lot of work to dis- and reassemble that double bottom.
I bought a 2nd hand Dell 7720 with this in it two years ago and it's still flying along. I don't game. I usually have about 30 tabs open on Chrome and Firefox each and it still goes smooth and quick.
I have the same laptop and mine has Nvidia M1200 4GB not M2200 😢😢 I bought it today so i don't know it has problems or not 😅 Spec's are same as you only graphics are different is it good laptop or not? I do casual gaming

Hello. Does anyone know how to remove the 60 fps limit on this laptop? The problem is with all m1000m m2000m m2200 cards. I've already tried everything. Disabling vertical sync and installing different versions of drivers does not help. There is no limit on HP workstations with the same graphics cards
then why do I see 120+ fps if I change fullscreen mode to windowed? Besides, this gap is only on Dell workstations. On HP with the same parameters and the same video cards there is no such problem. Although the matrices there are also 60 Hz
@@itbezvodi Yes the game will run on +120 fps but you will only see 60 fps because the screen only works with a 60 fps refresh rate so it will not be valuable by the way

@@itbezvodi You can go to Nvidia control panel and choose Manage 3D Settings you can find inside the Virtival sync so you can change it and try again becaue than can set it ON for all games so it make this problem

Hi, thanks for the video, I have the same laptop and graphics card and I have 2 questions: 1) What version (1.2 or 1.4) is the mini-display port on the Dell precision 7520? The official dell documentation says 1.4 but I bought a 1.4 mini-display port to display port cable but its not allowing the Quadro M2200 graphics to be picked up/ used 2) Or alternatively what port did you use on the Dell precision 7520 to use the Quadro M2200 graphics card?

The display is 60 fbs so if the game run on more fbs you will also see 60 fbs only

HDD is fine but OFC sdd is more faster specially in loading screens and like that but hdd will be fine

you'll get ~35 fps in 1080p lowest details, so maybe have to play in 720p resolution or upscaling mode to get more fps

Trata de vigilar las temperaturas, cuando llega a cierta temperatura se apaga y puede ser eso
Ya le hice cambio de pasta termica y ni asi, se apaga luego de jugar unos minutos
