I want to stan them SO BADLY. I was obsessed with pre-debut videos. They have amazing vocals, and amazing choreos and dance. I watched so many times O.O but…. on mute 💀
I can’t stan a group that makes music unbearable for me. But if NMIXX will continue moving LMLT direction and will get better and better music, this will be my first stan group from JYP, and I want it wholeheartedly. They’re literally the most talented as of now.

i personally liked set me free pt. 2 but when i watched like crazy, that shit was so GOOD. as you said, jimin’s voice and the synth pop genre is a match made in heaven. apart from that, the visuals and the cinematography in the mv were gorgeous; and i think that’s the most accurate description of this debut
Can't wait to see where Eunoia by Billlie, Shining Bright by CSR and Flower by Jisoo will rank next month. All three are such bops and they all came so fast in like 3days!

flower is like so good and has an amazing and soft smooth vibe to it I fuckin loved it and jisoo's voice is so good don't get me wrong but its the second best blackpink solo after rose's gone. its a calming song not a dance song like the songs of other members like money or solo but its perfect for jisoo

@@JJK_23 no exactly i liked it immediately.. i think it's real good , i would rank it right after on the ground , suits her very well, one thing i like about blackpink is that the solos suit the members well, like of course lisa couldn't do flower or jisoo couldn't do lalisa. Main thing is to see if the song or concept suits the artist

I do like Set Me free and I think you're right in the fact it doesn't stand out and they have nothing to prove anymore. I just like the more mature side we are getting from them. I personally love Set Me Free pt 2. It was my fav from the month lol. It was heavy autotuned which is my biggest gripe, but I'm still listening to it several weeks later.
Like crazy is still stuck in my head & i love jimin's debut album every song has it's own uniq space to fall in love with.

jimin is really taking over with this comeback, the songs are so great
while o.o and dice have grown on me a TON and i do genuinely really like both songs, i am glad they dropped the mix pop thing, at least for this track. i love nmixx and it's nice getting to see their talents shining through and them getting the appreciation they deserve without anything super polarizing getting in the way
i, personally, loved jimin's debut album. i liked smfpt2 too. i know the main problem for many was the autotune but to me, it felt like the autotune made the song. i love to see him experiment with his music. the album in general was amazing. i already love his songs like promise, filter etc and now the songs on the album are also amazing. like crazy is just so satisfying to listen to. i haven't really heard songs like this in kpop.. the way every song in the album is ordered on point one after another. also the hidden track. that was beautiful. i kinda get it why it was kept hidden after reading those lyrics. this album, to me, is a masterpiece 💫

As someone who had Dice as one of her favourite songs of 2022, Love Me Like This is such a fantastic song. My only thing is that I'm wondering what the song would sound like if the chorus dropped the heavy instrumental and went all quiet similar to the acapella thing they did. But no matter what I'm excited for what the group has to offer

you really said everything I always thought about nmixx, their vocals, personalities, talent. Nmixx had everything and they are here now. I wish the next comeback show us their true strength one by one, vocals for Lily and haewon, bridges for sullyoon, maybe one rap for jiwoo and kyujin... I'm so excited for them

i have no problem with the people who says it's not their taste but when they try to shit on jimin bc he used autotune we have a problem. autotune works well if you're a good singer and jimin used it to give different emotions in the song.

I just started getting into Kpop, and this video introduced me to Craxy and I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH. Like omg Nugudom literally leaves my mouth gaping. It's absolutely ASCENDANT.

OK but those transitions were so smooth like the entire video I just kept playing them again and again.
I've only been a crown recently(got hooked in by my friend who listens to Craxy). And boy should i have been listening to them from the start. Some of their songs really speak a lot of messages, they're capable of performing as any other good groups. They have a good rap line(their songs finger flick and cypher showcases it really good), and vocals are also good(their song lucid dream really catched my ears). Really catches my eye and made me look into other underrated nugu groups who got the same fate.

but IMO my fav match comeback would def be eunoia by billlie. They are one of my fav groups and their discography is unmatched. the whole eunoia album was top notch (which was expected) and all the songs (except lionheart) are 9 and above. Billie is one of my most anticipated groups and they are versatile queens. Stream eunoia!!😍😍

First of all, great video as always! March was also pretty fun for me music-wise, though maybe (and Im sorry if this might sound nit-picky) match the voiceover volume and the music volume next time? Found myself going deaf everytime the next song would come one since I'd turn the volume up to listen to the voiceover. NOW UNTO MY UNPROVOKED THOUGHTS ON PLAVE BCS I HAD THE SAME THOUGHTS AS YOU BUT I DID SOME RESEARCH AND IT KINDA CHANGED BCS OF IT
I stumbled upon plave just recently too! at the very least the song isn't bad, tho for me personally it just isn't my vibe right now? But upon further research I actually found out that unlike mave and other virtual groups I've been seeing around these days, plave kinda function like vtubers (if you've heard of those). Think of each member like a virtual avatar meanwhile there are actually very real people with real personalities being motion-tracked dancing during performances and singing the songs!
I guess in a way, I see the appeal of doing it this way? It makes it so the boys themselves can be idols recognized by their talent without having to worry about dealing with harsh beauty standards at the very least. Since there are real people behind the models you could get to know them by watching their content (mostly from their streams), I heard they composed and choreographed their debut song too and idk it just feels a bit more... genuine to me? way better than what their tryna cook with mave at least.. For now I'm also mildly interested in plave and they're music.

NUGUDOM NUGUNUGUDOM ♡♡♡ man, this comeback left me speechless. They stage presentations were so full of passion, they remided me of Dreamcatcher in that sense.

It wasn't promoted a lot, so many people missed it (including myself, I found it like a week after its release and I listen to both of their other music). It feels like a prequel to Jeff's recent song "Dum Dum" and among K-Pop, it is kind of similar to Max Changmin's stuff from last year.

The new song of NMIXX still has a mix-pop style, but it's less standing out this time as JYPE accepted the feedback from the fans! As a NSWER, I'm so happy to see the Korean music chart every morning these days :)
I've been stanning CRAXY since they debuted, and always waited for them to have their breakthrough moment. I've been into a lot of nugu groups and I can't explain why, but CRAXY feels different... They have that passion, that energy I haven't seen in a lot of groups before, it's like a fly stuck in a spider web fighting to get out and survive, and would be a few strings away from freedom. These girls are insanely talented, the group is well-rounded in every area, and their energy on stage is unmatched. Nugudom gave them more visibility and that's great, but they still have a long way to go to popularity, and I really hope they make it because they deserve it so much ❤️
PS: the b-sides on their album are incredible, Lucid dream especially is so good! The members even wrote the lyrics for that song

Set Me Free's biggest problem is that it's straight up nu-disco with no edge, which was great in 2014 but now seems dated, and it sounds like it was mixed on Gateway computer speakers from 1995, especially the bass.
Kitsch honestly let me down. Love Dive and Eleven are 10/10 tracks for me and After Like maybe an 8/10, so I was expecting another masterpiece. Hopefully there will be a b-side that's as good as Satisfaction.
Cupid's success is the second best thing that happened to me recently, after ARTMS Project.
Is my sound system better than yours, our taste in music differs, or all of the above. You and I can’t be listening to the same SET ME FREE PT 2.
The only “problem” here is that you, winterosy, and some others don’t like it.
(Also. Eleven and Love Dive are enjoyable but they are far from “a masterpiece”. Please).
More “problems”:
1) Kpop stans normalised hyperbole for mediocrity,
2) confusing knowledge of music with good taste
3) confusing personal taste as facts
4) lack of critical thinking
5) thinking that 9 years is a long time in the language of music which is eternal.

as for the appeal, we all have our preferences, with this it's the appeal of 2d guys AND with the rise of vtubers ... not surprising
i was quite surprised that they went with a ballad-rock, side track but i didn't like mave because they were just too similar to aespa ... the realistic avatars don't help it either and the expressions are static, they don't change much
maybe i'm wrong on this one but the other reason why i like plave more is that they interact with the audience/fans, like they stream both on yt and twitch often but mave doesn't seem to do that (i've only seen short clips+music of them on their official channel), so they seem distant to me, and if we're talking music ... they for sure got the attention with being the first virtual group, but they could've chosen a different and better concept 100%

that's not to say i hate mave, just expected a different music genre, THE TECHNOLOGY IS INSANE I'M VERY IMPRESSED ITS 💯💯💯 the tech for these virtual groups that i'm the most impressed with, the motion tracking it has is extremely good, ofc the dancing can only be judged (in my opinion) irl, 2d just won't capture it whole, and might i add - vocals are off the chart, love them

I think IVE really actually did a good job with Kitsch. I mean based upon the definition, it seemed like it was a hit at everyone following the similar badass, switch up song that was wildly popular by SM. Kitsch is art that basically is in poor taste due to its over saturation, and well IVE really showed that the concept was overdone to the point where people are tired of it, which is I guess why some people could be annoyed by the song done by IVE. The heavy edm chorus, lack of lyrics in the chorus in general, in your face rapping, calm verses to shock them during the chorus, it’s all been done before by so many people to make it really over saturated market of this concept. So in reality, if you like the song or not, IVE did really fit the vibe and definition of the song’s title
