Excellent , thank you
Future video, recommended accessories ::)
All the best
Recommended accessories for the monitor? we can definitely work on that. Thank you for the suggestion!
Thank you
No Problem Al Assaf-Cam
can I use it with wideoswitch produkts to make video podcast, to record to sd card?
Thanks for this video gys. GREAT. I have a question: The fan noise emitted at the lowest brightness, compared to your test already done on high.
Is there a remaquable difference ? I need a monitor, where my Sennheiser MKE 440 is put directly to the shinobi and emits no noise.
Shall I better go for the 5" version ?
On our tests it was in the summer during a pretty warm season. To answer your question I used a NTG 4+ attached to my ursa where the mic sits right beside the monitor. With the fans on even on quiet mode I still could hear the fan but it was very subtle and personally I didn't think it was an issue in most situations especially if you are using a directional microphone. If you were to use most on camera mics from my experience it picked up the monitor very noticeably. If you want us to do a short video going over this through a few different setups we could do that. Otherwise if you want zero noise or issues the 5" definitely will have less noise but also half the brightness.
Hey guys, thanks for the review i just got mine in today
When trying the different aspect ratio, do you know if there is a way to make the bars solid black instead of transparent?
Kind of annoying seeing the bars transprent and white guidelines
Unfortunately, this is not an option available on this monitor. Generally, this is so that you are still able to see what is out of frame still.
@@everythingfilmequipment thanks so much everything, last question also!
would you happen to know if its possible to playback footage from the camera using the touch screen on atomos?
or is it only done possible through the camera
@@TimandLauren No Problem, unfortunately, this is currently only supported with Atomos monitors that have a record function. Even with using the control cable that Z-Cam supports only camera controls are supported and not playbacks options directly from the monitor. Hopefully this answers your question
@@everythingfilmequipment thanks guys
@@TimandLauren No problem, we are here to help
Hi. Can the monitor change the camera settings from the touchscreen monitor? I have a c-200
According to the Atomos site they support the C200 which from the looks of it the c200 uses the RJ45 cable. Although we have not tested this i'd imagine using the r45 cable from the camera to the monitor should give you camera controls.
Is this flicker (PWM) free in the same sense that Asus and LG advertise their computer monitors as flicker-free ?
I'm not sure in comparison to Asus and LG but we some flicker with recording the monitor
Will this monitor work on a canon R5?
Yes you can use HDMI
can we playback the footages on that shinobi 7 ?
You cant access the media directly from the shinobi, but if your camera supports monitor playback it will playback on the monitor when you select playback on the camera.
Seem like nice boys
is the volume of this video super low or am i dreaming?
Shouldn't maybe take a nap and try again? aha
I never noticed a issue with the volume
