All you have to do is strengthen your hip flexor, hamstrings and ankles, but make sure that you also stretch so your hip flexor isn't tight
And explosive/ballistic movements. Strengthening alone isnt enough for speed training
@@johnh6928 Ofc you have to do explosive movements, but you have to start with strengthening your muscles and your mobility before you even start with explosive movements, because if you don't, the explosive movements won't have a big impact on their own.

Hello, i’m a slow kid and i wanted to improve my speed so my current speed is about 12 kph so i’m gonna do this exercise and other couple exercises and i’m gonna do it for a month and i will keep u guys updated, remind me by replying or liking this comment, see you for the next month
Its been one month and i could say i’m glad for the results and for 1 month i could improve by 6kph so now my speed is around
18 kph
So i have a tips if u have a pretty fat thighs because i kinda have a pretty fat thighs so u wanna do a plenty of exercises for making your thighs slim for better speed. it doesn’t have to be hard and a long duration u just need to do a light exercise but u have do it plenty of times a week.

Yes I do believe incorporating these exercises into your regime will help also along with strength and conditioning training, endurance runs and sprints all helps... I love 10kms on the treadmill... As fast as possible.... 43 minutes my personal best... My head will give up before my body does ...

I think those excercises are for explosive or vertical jumps
well explosiveness is always helpful
sprinting is explosiveness
it works both ways. sprinting makes you jumper higher and jumping makes you sprint faster
