Brad out here with the Hugo Boss and the pleats! Wow, I really like this outfit, I'd be nervous about the bright tights but they're so cool! And a skort is always a win.

Ah, skorts, yeah I have one but I've never tried that in public, they're too short for me at the moment. They connect legs to the blazer nicely though.
Yeah they do come up a bit skort!! lol! Be brave and wear them, it's edgy but with the right boots and jacket looks cool!

I don't know if your so interested in vintage but me myself I would prefer to wear a ruched white shirt but with a piece of cloth hanging from its neck (oe just an office shirt butyoned from the top)

A while ago I tried on an outfit somewhat similar:
- Jacket but its color similar to the tights your wearing here
- dark orange pullover
- regular dark tights (or pantyhose), black lycra short skirt & black lycra boots (since I can manage boot length)
- I added a chained golden brouche on the right shoulder, since usually I found putting a piece of jewelry could make a noticable difference.
- black satin gloves
