Because, he's also a product that belongs to the British education system which misguided thousands of innocent Britishers, leaving them clueless about the History of their own nation. If such clean documentries are made (rather than other bbc and cnn documentries to offend India and Hinduism, while hiding this innovative side) than for sure, Indian will adore such nice documentries. You agree or not , but India has only three cities which are competitive at global level. These are Delhi Mumbai Bangalore. Yes, we have other cities like Hyderabad Pune Ahmedabad etc which are famous for business and IT sector. And there are many more Cities like Lucknow Jaipur Indore etc. Which have very high potential to become competitive and rich. But the problem is govt. Over past 70 years and present( wheather it's BJP or Congress) govt. Gives attention to these three cities and a little attention to cities like Pune Ahmedabad Hyderabad etc. What I mean to say is that if any company has to come to India it focuses on these 4-5 cities only , and neglects other cities like Jaipur, Lucknow, nagpur, Indore etc. The reason behind this is that govt. Thinks developing metro train and flyovers in top 3 or 5 cities means urban development. It high time govt. Should build more infrastructure and create business environment in other metropolitan cities.

In india govt is getting more and mkre people under subsidy and welfare schemes whereas in britain more and more people are being pushed out of such securities. In india every minute 40 people come out of poverty and in britain every 3 hours one person is pushed into poverty. You agree or not , but India has only three cities which are competitive at global level. These are Delhi Mumbai Bangalore. Yes, we have other cities like Hyderabad Pune Ahmedabad etc which are famous for business and IT sector. And there are many more Cities like Lucknow Jaipur Indore etc. Which have very high potential to become competitive and rich. But the problem is govt. Over past 70 years and present( wheather it's BJP or Congress) govt. Gives attention to these three cities and a little attention to cities like Pune Ahmedabad Hyderabad etc. What I mean to say is that if any company has to come to India it focuses on these 4-5 cities only , and neglects other cities like Jaipur, Lucknow, nagpur, Indore etc. The reason behind this is that govt. Thinks developing metro train and flyovers in top 3 or 5 cities means urban development. It high time govt. Should build more infrastructure and create business environment in other metropolitan cities.

We have highly developed places too which are more dominant in India than the slums....
We don't deny that we have slums and poverty but only focusing on our weak side is kinda biased....
The holes on the wheel for dynamic balance, that is a smart idea but the rough surface on the moon will give you much more bumpy

Bbc should focus on the poverty rate in britain . 13% children are now under extreme poverty and almost 21% of british population lives under poverty(relative poverty) India regained it journey in 1947 with just 50ml gdp. Now third largest in ppp terms and sixth in nominal terms. With jan dhn yojna and arogya yojna almost 30% population is covered for health and direct subsidy benefits. In india govt is getting more and mkre people under subsidy and welfare schemes whereas in britain more and more people are being pushed out of such securities. In india every minute 40 people come out of poverty and in britain every 3 hours one person is pushed into poverty. The clock has turned and it might not be much time when things will be just the opposite. And you guys are busy showing slums on the pretext of technology? Wow
