My husband recently encountered( not severe) vibration in thump ,index finger and middle finger I guess its because of too much sitting (Work demand) during covid wfh not enough walking ,Any valubale advice on this Luke ...Appreciate !!

Hi Nikki, it's best if you manage the constant sitting routine, because the root cause needs to be addressed. So you can try and schedule to get off the desk after every 30-45 minutes, you can try setting alarms to remind you about the same. Once you get up, you can try basic stretching and arm, wrists rotating exercises to improve blood circulation & movements.
