    Thank you for stressing about the need for going back to our roots. We have all the answers within Ayurveda and yes, we value it only when West starts adopting it.

    You don't mince words and you are not ambiguous, and most importantly you don't give a shit what the medical fraternity thinks about you!..

    Thank you for this info, I was about to go do one of this detox, I did one of this a few years ago what had happened I became bloated like I was 6months pregnant it was very painful the doc told me it's toxin he gave me a few laxatives which didn't even touched the iceberg to my horror i was super shocked with the amount of fecal matter came out of me, now I kno it's only once in a lifetime detox I still suffer with bloating and constipation I'm working on it with my diet and lifestyle and I'm goin to start preparing the prebiotic as of tonight, I'm one of those ppl who would go to the pharmacy and look for a prebiotic with hundreds of millions of whatever they call it, lol, but tonight that stoped I'm goin to go natural, thank god for this video explaining the purpose of prebiotic, thank you Luke God bless you sir.

    Hello Luke. I am from Mauritius. India is a great country but most indians do not know the power and benefits of AYURVEDA. They value western lifestyle and food. Ayurveda is gold. Be clever and adopt it now.

    How many days can we use 1 jar ?
    Will it have bad smell ?

    I have yet to get a good scientific explanation as to why the so called "bad bacteria" would not feed on the resistant starch and only on refined sugars. Would you be so kind as to offer one please, thank you?

    • @swamisamartha3332
      @swamisamartha3332 5 років тому +1

      May be good or bad is what we decide on what we need....as if they are our employees....
      We dont want them to use sugar as their wages but the starch becoz we dont need help in sugar digestion but need help in digestion of starch which we find little difficult to process.
      So keep alive only those who do our job.
      Hope you are awake after this long contemplation 😶
