Scionon Grafting Tool - Guillotine Base Unit (SGC6-GBU)

The Scionon Graft Crafter - Guillotine Base Unit (SGC6-GBU) is ideal for preparing large quantities of whip & tongue grafts at the bench. It can also be used in the field to prepare cleft and rind grafts for reworking existing orchard trees & nursery stock.
Spare blades, fixings, and full setup instructions are included to get your bench grafting program underway. With minimal training and practice, users can prepare grafts in material from 5mm to 16mm in diameter with ease.
With basic maintenance, the durable carbon steel blades will make clean and precise cuts every time. Blades are easily resharpened and can produce up to 100,000 cuts before requiring replacement.
To ensure this multi-functional device is always ready for use, all that is required is maintaining the blade sharpness and regular cleaning in warm, soapy water to remove sap residue and debris buildup. Periodically check for damaged or missing parts.
Optional modules such as the Tape Applicator Unit and Drop Saw Unit are also available to enhance an already versatile system.
