Putting at least a line, or perhaps a pair of blocks on the first cut would get you a more consistent angle. Similarly a stop block on the secondary cutter would get you more consistent depth.
Can you show us what it looks like when it's healed? I think it's a great video and a great little machine that you made, but I really think we need to see some of your grafts from that machine that are healed.
Great tool! Especially a tongue cutting device.
You should also think about the guide rail for the same oblique cut.

It's great for attaching two wooden sticks together.
How is that any helpful, when you actually try to graft a scion on a shoot?
You'll still need to use your grafting knife for the tree part, right?
Can you show an actual grafting attempt, so for us to see how exactly you use that setup?
This is a bench grafting tool. You'd use this when you have a box full of 3 foot bare root whips as your root stocks.
I like the tongue cutter but I think the primary shear will be limited to soft vines and not usable on the harder tree woods.

yeah that much heavy setup aint gonna work unless you pull out rootstock. all in all no use if you want to just do direct grafting
I think there should be equal depth of cutting in secondary blade. then it would be more better and successful ratio will be increased.
