💁🏼♀ Hello! I'm Kaleigh! I attended my first Spin class when I was 15. Since then I've been addicted to spin classes and indoor cycling. Now, as a certified Spin class Instructor, Stages Beats Instructor, and NASM certified fitness trainer, my goal is to share the most fun, motivating, and energizing indoor cycling workouts that will bring out your inner BUTT-KICKER!

If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance and try and keep the same cadence.

The way you got a little forgetful after the challenge by saying 30 seconds instead of 60, made me call the new challenge, "Finding Dory". Loved this workout! My 4 year old told me I needed to wear sunscreen bc I had a sunburn on my face! And my 6 year old always makes sure I get the dessert in afterwards. She tells me every day, we gotta stretch mom! 💞🌎

Taking advantage of the good weather here in the UK - took bike outside so watching the birds flying back and forth to their nests whilst riding! Maybe it was this or my new pedals and shoes but I did so much better today. More resistance and more speed WOO-HOO!😁 I LOVE AROUND THE WORLD 🌎♥💕

Hey Kaleigh! That was a fantastic workout. I really enjoyed the 7 minute seated climb. It was tough but in a good way. I watch your videos all the time but I rarely comment. I can’t thank you enough for these workouts. I recently purchased a high end spin bike and I hated the classes that came along with it. I searched UA-cam and found you. Lucky me. I do your classes 3 times a week. Your energy and positivity is simply outstanding. Love your style. Thank you for being you and doing what you do. Hey - "Team Sprint , Team Climb , get your Team Two Towel on , we got Serious Sweatn' for Seven". (This one ain't for Team Stella.) Not really a title, but that 7 minutes was long and sweaty! And I had so many thoughts I had to let a few out..... I never anticipated "4, 3, 2, 1" so much before! Looking forward to the live one!

That ride turned up the heat. Had to take my t-shirt off, I was so warm. Someone below called that 7 min section “Desert Fire”. I think that was fitting. I also liked “Booty Burn”.
I chose today, at the beginning of the ride to turn up my resistance. I might be regretting that later. But oh what a ride. Thank you!! 🔥🥰

I just found you. Have ridden a stationary bike off and on, honestly pretty leisurely. (Got it for daughters recovery from accident and has been collecting dust.). This is my third day. I cannot stand up (wrong bike, obese) but I am keeping up with all resistance changes. Apple Watch - 472 active calories burned. I have a bum knee and this doesn’t hurt it! Thank you for being you. Maybe someday I can get a different bike and can leave the saddle. May even go really crazy and do two a day 🤷♀️
