@@afacms nice nice and the backstraps? just a tip try smoke the shoulders for 4-5 hrs, they end up really tasty. I did that to some wallaby ones the other day and they turned out great.
unfortunately you wont get good cuts like that as coles and other processor cant promote it as a better quality of meat! controlling authorities wont let it happen

This video is not really how to process a roo because it does not show how to break down the animal.
It is more how to prepare the cuts.
