Seventh Season will be on Summer 2023! I want Outlander to continue beyond Season 7. Moreover, I want Caitriona Balfe to be able to direct part of the episodes! Caitriona understands the Outlander story, cast and crew. She has earned the right to stretch her wings!

I say KEEP them coming. I would LOVE LOVE to see a new season for every book that has been written on Outlander. This is the first ever series that I have went back and watched more than once. I can't get enough of it!!! It has everything in it for me- awesome story line, action, romance, history, time travel and so much more. Yes I would love to see an 8th season , I have read the next two books, In my own hearts blood and Go tell the bees that I am gone and there is still so much that should be on the show to complete Jamie and Claire's story. It would be heartbreaking to end the show before completing the entire story of all the books.

I hope Diana will keep going. I Have bought all the current books plus keep rewatching the seasons over an over. I have been watching all these episodes on Netflixs . Why is the 7th season going to Starzs?? So upsetting. Not fair to the huge fan base on Netflix.
The show has ALWAYS been on Starz, then it moves over to Netflix the following year I found. Last year, I didn't have Season 6 on my Netflix for the longest time. I'm just glad that I can ALSO catch it on Prime. (Hint, hint) 😉😉

I know that season 8 has been confirmed and will be the last season So to me, either they will hold off on the final season until the final book has been published, or they will do a season 8 before the final book is published, and wrap it with a movie after book 10 is published. My guess would be the latter, which would be fitting since when the initial plan for outlander was to do a movie as opposed to a series.
It's ALWAYS been that WAY...Starz owns it mostly and if you want a QUALITY show with actors (such as Sam and Caitriona are worth it) and crew, along with all the huge amount of people it takes to make a show of this quality? Then DON'T you feel you and ALL of us should be helping to bring the show to the screen in our own little ways to keep this show GOING UNTIL the end of book 10? I sign up for Starz every year for JUST when Outlander is on and stop again when it is off. So, I can watch the reruns on my streaming services, BUT I get the NEW ones NOW on Starz. Netflix won't have them till the next year, if you're lucky and it takes a day for it to get to Prime usually. So, Starz for the 4 months that it will be airing?? Huh? 🤷🤏🤞🏻

It's been confirmed that Season 8 will be the LAST and that ABSOLUTELY breaks my heart! Season 8 has already been announced. There are 9 books now with the 10 being written now, and side stories featuring various characters. I don’t think Outlander is going anywhere for a long while….just wish they wouldn’t make Droughtlander last so long……
