Watching UA-cam, dudes and babes! I am over 45 yrs and can run a 5km in 15 minutes. If you swim and hear the song of AC/DC or Ram Jam underwater, this is probably my headset. I highly suggest swimming faster in the lane, except if you want to see my feet on you because I don't stop for flip-turning, I am too old. Good watching movies life.

As for China I think punishing those who are not cheating would be unfair. I’m guessing a lot of those athletes testing positive do not know they’re doping. As a swim coach I know just how easy it would be to manipulate athletes to take banned supplements, and add in their country’s desire to win at all costs, it’s all a recipe for disaster.
