Wow, my jaw seriously dropped hearing you said you have 200 subs at the time of filming, and looking you at 14k+ only one month later now. I’ve had my channel since 2020, and even though I love creating content and have SO much footage that I put off posting consistently because I start to overthink. Thank you for reminding me that I need to just post, I won’t grow at all if I don’t continue to put myself out there… regardless of how my videos do

Salem King once said "Some videos are not for your audience", you put it out there for you.
Because as creative people, we most time feel we have not done well with our video, and we should put it out nevertheless because that video is for us whether it is perfect or not, I am putting it out.
And, this is why I have put out 50 videos on UA-cam in less than one year of starting out and I am not backing out, I will keep putting it out.

What I really focus on is the value of the content and what I’m truly passionate about while helping others! I'm glad that I'm foolish enough to believe that I can actually start making money through my passions. I've never thought that I'd be able to gain more than 2k subs faster. I can't imagine how many opportunities could have been wasted if I didn't have courage to go after them. That includes having this channel, being in a management role, having the people who actually care about me for who I am, freelance gigs, being an ambassador in a creative community and now I'm also planning on honing my public speaking skills through joining a toastmaster club and these all happened in 2023. It started with writing them all down on a piece of paper. A paper that serves as a reminder for me to go after what I want even through hard times. I'm not bragging about my accomplishments but simply hoping that this message can also inspire others to believe in themselves.

I feel like I have been going literally insane lately, ignoring the constant internal push to just go after what I desire. At the same time, it’s scary, uncertain, time- consuming, and feels like your starting from nothing. I have noticed the change in myself, like you were saying, the high that I feel when I actually do the things that I want, regardless of the views or comments etc. I have been feeling like drowning while not listening to this internal voice, while it also feels like everyone on the internet is perfect, and I want to strive to just be real, and with a lack of that, you already know you won’t get much entertainment from it. I could go on, but thank you for your message. You don’t know how many people are using your voice for motivation to get started ❤

Great story, and I am happy to see you are satisfied. Being a UA-camr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Famester of course) will always pay off at the end.

In my opinion, being a UA-camr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman offers product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. Therefore, the toughest part is of course starting your channel and growing it, and I have to say that Famester helped me to overcome a lot of these problems. It really helped me to take off my channel, and made everything much more fun. I still don't get why people stay away from services like this one, but struggle with starting their channel.
