this is CAPITAL! incredible man, absolutely. personally, i liked the way he sang it, even though he pretty much nailed it, there were some parts with flaws and to me its unique and raw. that's what real music is all about in my opinion. keep on killing it kurt vile. there's nothing like elite, honest, talent.
Flaws? It's his song. He can sing however he likes. Just because it doesn't sound the same as the studio doesn't mean it's flawed.
Kexp is just amazing with their taste in music did seem out of tune at parts but still enjoyable.

Man playing this and singing it at the same time would be so complicated. It's notably harder than strumming cords, plus the vocal melody is downright strange at times.

He plays alternative rock but he's probably also influenced by southern rock and legends like Neil Young. The pedal steel on this song definitely adds a country tinge.
