This soup was a day saver. My daughter started her braces and chicken noodle soup is her fav soup. I gave this soup a try 4 yrs ago and it became a staple on braces day. She loves it
I made this today for dinner. First time making homemade chicken noodle soup. The chicken came out a bit over cooked but the taste was delicious. Pretty good for first time I’d say. I used better than bouillon chicken stock for the broth.
I make a batch every other week or so with a similar recipe. It's one of my staples. I make it really heavy with veggies and thighs so that it is more like a stew.
Personally I like to cook the egg noodles separately as I feel it makes the soup taste a little weird, maybe all the starch idk. then strain rinse and put the noodles in the soup. All your veggies scraps or if you get a pre cooked rotisserie chicken use the bones and veggie scraps in the broth then strain to make the broth even better before you put your fresh edible ingredients in.
Another brilliant recipe! I'll have to try this soon. As I'm on the other side of the world (I think) it's starting to heat up here, I'm sure we will have a few more cooler days so I can try this Chicken noodle soup.😋

Looks Good! Pro Tip, Cook The Pasta Separately So It Doesn't Get Mushy After Sitting In The Soup.
