I love it. That shade of green is so versatile. Hard to find a colour that doesn’t go well with it and it’s especially lovely with bright gold. It’s a winner!
I think it looks much more personal now than before. Like you said, it's YOUR house so YOU should be able to decorate according to your own preferences. And if you love it then that's all that matters 🥰
She _should be able to_ decorate according to her own preferences ?? Of course she can, why would you think she could not for some reason? People are allowed to express their own opinions about whatever and as soon as one posts one's personal life on the internet then they open themselves up to the criticisms if others....if one cannot deal with that then they definitely should stop posting their private lives on the internet!! If the people commenting on it hates it then they hate it...why would that affect what one does? I certainly wouldn't care how others felt about it and it definitely woukd not cause me to change anything not would it hurt my feelings! (Of course personally i keep my private life private and dont post crap like this online!)
As a 21 year old I LOVE IT . I’ve been tapping into the more naturey look but my fav color is all shades of pink so my bed room is all pinks and all greens . I’m obsessed with the combo
i love green!! Looks great. You do you, honey. I have pale walls over the entire house but took a chance and did the back wall of my hall a verdant Spring green, more like a rich sunny olive. I glazed it and hung a giant round colorful metal, mirror of leaves & flowers. Also made the stair and other walls a mini gallery for my beautiful vibrant art work and floral paintings. It's my fave part of the house!
I love this green color and you did a fabulous job! It looks a million times better than the before. The only change I would make is to touch up your ceiling where some of the previous wall color got on it. You should be very proud of yourself! Your DIY’s are amazing! That kitchen of yours is stunning!
You always felt green bathrooms are the most cozy (which cozy js a weird way to describe a bathroom btw) and beautiful ....i was wondering how many green bathrooms you have seen (i have seen none) then you state its rare ...weird for you to say that the way thay you did...how many have you seen?
It’s surprising always for me as a Spaniard because our bathrooms are covered entirely in tiles. Painting a wall in a bathroom doesn’t compute in my brain 😂
Honestly, I found the bathroom beautiful before the remodel, but I also LOVE the bathroom you’ve turned it into!! I feel like you took it from a more modern/minimalist bathroom & turned it into a warmer/homier bathroom, which I, personally, find more inviting but that’s strictly based on preference…I’m someone who has always found comfort in making my home feel inviting, warm, & cozy. For me, warm colors such as deep reds, golds, browns, softer lighting, etc give me that feeling…& IMO when mainly using neutral tones (such as “agreeable gray” or “greige”) to design/style/furnish homes, the charm & character of the home starts to fade away, & everything begins to feel “bland”/“lifeless”, if you will. Don’t get me wrong, I find each style just as beautiful as the other, but warmer tones speak to me & who I am more than neutrals/cool tones. You’re insanely talented, creatively, & I find it so cool that you figure out how to remodel spaces in your home just by watching YT. You’re awesome! Can’t wait to see your next project🫡 ☺️
I love that color green and ive never heard anyone say that color sucks! Maybe its exclusively an internet thing 😅i would add a standing lamp if you feel its too dark 🖤
@@ayajade6683i absolutely agree! But its her bathroom so as long as she likes it but i definitely woukd never use that color in my house...and definitely not in that bathroom
Green and white? One of my favorite combos. I think you hit the nail in the head regarding a simple and quick diy. The plants and extras brought it home. Good job PERIOD❣️
Girl it’s your space everyone else can kick 🦵 rocks! I think it looked fabulous with all the accessories. Even though the color is dark it actually made me feel calm.
This is one of my favorite paint colors and it has been for a few years now. Looks great with white, wood, brass, gold, black. You can't beat it! It also reminds me of nature. 💚
✨ 👍 Looks 👏 good!! I like the green, (I personally prefer maybe a lighter shade), but the green with those gold accents are such a pretty combination. Very nice transformation, and what counts is that YOU are happy.
My daughter painted a bathroom this color. It had tiles from the previous owner (an unattractive and very dated gold color) and she was at a loss as to what color would mute the gold and make the bathroom look presentable until they give it a full renovation. This color made all the difference, It definitely muted the gold color and her bathroom looks really pretty. I like it in your bathroom too! Good choice!
Dark colors make a bathroom look like a dungeon. I had the bathroom painted medium teal, only to repaint it a light blue, thereby lightening the room as well as the mood of anyone who used it. If anyone is going to paint a bathroom a dark color, make sure it is located where sunlight can get in
I love it! One thing I learned in a small bathroom was to raise the shower curtain rod up and get extra long shower curtain, drawing your eyes up. Just an idea and still very pretty as it is!
I love the color, too. It's a dark color, so I would have gone with just an accent wall, especially in such a small room. But if you love it, then awesome. And the white vanity is a good idea to help balance the dark.
Nahhhh small rooms are better all dark theyre like moody cave-like sanctuaries rather than the "i havent got a clue what im doing so ill paint an accent wall like a basic b****".
I'm a fan of greens and blues, so definitely an improvement over the previous boring light dove grey walls. I'd personally have gone with a lighter olive color, but just personal preference. Hopefully YOU love it. For the cabinets, overall I prefer a natural wood instead of painted, but what you chose looks complimentary.
I love the wallpaper before but i like the green you chose, i think i would have kept the wallpaper and added the green and everything else. It looks great regardless
I love the green and gold! I would love to see a decorative shower curtain all the way at the top and two panels instead of one to enter the tub in the middle
Your bathroom looks so better now than it did before. I love how it turned out, and it's your bathroom. Do what you want with your house.
I wouldn’t choose it but it definitely looks Pinterest worthy!!

How can someone spell "your" wrong not just once, but 3 times.
Your not You/are which is what you're means
I love it. That shade of green is so versatile. Hard to find a colour that doesn’t go well with it and it’s especially lovely with bright gold. It’s a winner!
I personally love a dark/ forest green color. It gives the home an earthy feel, especially when you decorate with plant decorum. Love it
The internet has opinions on everything ...most of them negative..you did a great job. Love the green and gold
I actually like the green and the added touch of the plants. I would love to see some wood elements brought in, too!
No. If you did a side by side most people would assume the green was the 'before' as opposed to the 'after'. With love and respect✌️
Agree, wood elements would really make it pop. Maybe a faux wood siding to the tub?
😂 the internet hated it....I seriously just painted my bathroom the SAME COLOR 😂😂😂
It’s nice and cozy
Yeah, a wood touch would look great
millennial green is flawless ❤
I’ve been dying to paint my bathroom forest green! So happy to see someone else out there that doesn’t think that’s odd 🙏🏼
Oh plsss! The green is absolutely gorgeous.
"Millenial green" 😂 my mom painted her bedroom a similar color 15 years ago. I love it! 😊
I did too! 20 years ago. 😊
SAME 😂
i’m 18 and about to paint my room this color 🥲
Some Millennials were 26+ 15 years ago so… yeah. Checks out. Lol.
My MIL is renovating her kitchen and this is the green she chose 😂 I think its just pretty
It's too dark for my taste but as long as you're happy with it the Internet can kick rocks.
Kudos for your proper noun usage xx
I like how clean your response to negative internet is. :D
Right? Like, the internet hates everything…just do your own vibe
I absolutely agree!

It's beautiful! The dark green adds such a richness that's inviting.
I love it. I m usually into light colors like light blue-grey or light egg-shell white, but that green is so different and refreshing.
it looks actually incredible
As a millennial who ADORES dark green, I love your bathroom!!!
