Today I go over if you should buy a Quest 2 in 2023 in light of the Quest 3 leaks, Quest Pro release, Meta's future, the PSVR 2, and sony's exclusive line up. Which VR headset should you buy in 2023? Check out my other videos for VR Tips & Tricks, Top 10's & News.
If your video was featured & you haven't been credited feel free to contact me via Twitter DM.
I do not own any of music, extra video clips images, chroma key, or sound effects used in this video. Or at least most of them, some stuff is mine.
My channel is about VR Content (obviously lol) I've covered many topics on this channel in the past such as PC Building, PC Gaming Knowledge, Gaming News. That can be CPM rates, Industry knowledge, Business knowledge, how to edit, how to build a gaming PC, budget or not. But VR is cooler so I'm probably gonna keep doing that.
I'm like the monkey you send into space for tests. I just come back with the results and give them to you for FREE.

@GetHip dude, Im an old man and you literally make me giggle with your accurate, yet funny take on all things VR. Thanks bud, keep on keeping on! 😁
Honestly speaking as an Echo player, you are 1000% right on how we (as a vr community) should be fed up with Meta. They managed to fuck up every single thing that they put their slimy hands on when they aquired Oculus. I really enjoyed this video, keep up the great content!
Play A Game Called Grab VR Its Very Good I Would Love To See A Vid About It It Also Needs More Attention, the creator Slin was a past echo VR Tournament Player.
Imma yell
Justice for echo
Honestly the life cycle of any device only matters if they shut the service down all together for it, or if you're desperate to keep up with the latest fad.
And Quest 1 is still alive so clearly GetHip doesn't really understand properly what end of a lifecycle means
I absolutely love my Q2 and this channel. I understand the value that the PSVR2 brings to the table and acknowledge Meta's fuckups. I too am tired to hear people complaining about Meta as much as they are tired of talking about it lol. It really sucks to acknowledge the near end of the Q2's cycle as it's played a huge part in a lot of people getting their feet wet in the VR world, me included.
That being said I also think that it will leave the biggest legacy and will remain playable for many years to come. Yes, i know you can still technically use the older headsets, but most of them could be considered beta stages, development prototypes. Stuff still being figured out. The Q2 really is the proper release of a VR headset into the world (IMO), in a way that not only made it easy and accessible, but also made it a confortable and bearable activity (despite it's shortcomings like IPD, thong strap, etc). I seriously believe that will enable it to have a way bigger legacy than pretty much all other headset (even the PSVR2 what with it's necessity of having a PS5 and maybe later on a PS6 (MAYBE))
Yeah it’s just the part of needing a ps5 if they can make just a standalone vr device I think I could be better then anyone meta will have to offer (maybe)
just imagine me, the one guy that never stopped using his quest 1
I'd have to agree. The Q2 is the most notorious Vr headset release of the decade, we are still only ⅓ of the way through as of a week from now leaving lots of room for others to make a legacy now that things have been determined in the industry
@@crazyjay8007 bro the whole point of having a HIGH POWERED headset it to be still small and comfortable to have a STANDALONE headset it would be the size of a console on your head to run 4K like the psvr 2 can. It won’t be standalone if you want the best psvr possible
@@SoulSniper320 exactly tho I’m talking about the future it’s not about Rn sorry to say not everyone wants a ps5 or higher end computer we need a really good consumer friendly for everyone not just PlayStation 5 users
The thing is, Quest 2 is at the moment, the very best price/performance you are going to get with VR, even for PCVR. The Vive and Valve Index are really nice but they are 1000+ euro and are starting to become outdated on some fronts, especially when still for nearly half the price you can get the new Quest 3.
Even after Quest 3 gets released, the Quest 2 is still a very good option for people upgrading from very old headsets like the Oculus Rift or those new to VR gaming. Especially in combination with a cheap USB link cable (20 euro for 5 meter) and better strap (35 euro).
Yeah, not sure why everyone is acting like quest 2 is suddenly becoming irrelevant
im still using a quest 1
The quest 2 will still be sold along side the quest 3 which they are planning to sell at a higher price. 🎉
As a PC user, I bought the Quest 2 because it's 2020 smartphone hardware doesn't effect anything.
But I have no displayport. The Quest 2 is affordable
doubtful. the jump from quest 2 to 3 in performance is huge. (double).......that's a bigger jump than quest 1 to 2. I can see meta pushing for a $449 price point (probably $499 at launch). meta has been historically terrible at supporting old hardware (oculus rift, oiculus rift s, and quest 1 all lost support)
@@legendp2011 its a damn shame. Especially since nobodys gonna make the switch if they're always playing wired to a PC anyway.
@@Solmangrundy i've got a 2080ti desktop. and a rtx 3070 laptop. And there are still advantages to playing locally on a device like the quest 3. furthermore a faster processor in quest 3 can mean less compression artifacts even if you do use wireless pc streaming
Quest 3 likely not aimed at existing quest 2 users.... they instead want to get people on older hardware (quest 1, oculus riift) interested in quest 3.
although personally pancake lenses, and lighter weight, and quest pro controllers are 3 massive advantages even if you are using a pc for rendering
Quest 2 was especially popular amongst children and begginers users age 13 - 28 as confirmed by their presence in various apps. The price point of Q2 is more affordable than a console, phone, and obviously PC, making it a good choice. Only true geeks🤓 and experienced users will care about the extra power of Q3 over Q2
When the Quest 2 is no longer sold and supported it is the end of the life cycle. Also prices are not comparable at all. These are not the same thing totally. You are tethered to a console vs standalone.
when i got my first mainstream part-time job the quest 2 was the first thing i bought, its so sad to see it coming to an end, ive met many wonderful people in vr, and it doesnt seem that long ago since i bought it at the price of £300 when it was first released
I just got a quest 2 but for a really decent price. I'm pretty excited for the 3. If I had a PS5 that psvr2 would be on the table, but standalone just makes more sense
lucky,
I got mine when the price increased because it was on my birthday
Psvr2 is worse than quest 2 and double the price
@@Derp-Shark I hope you enjoying it, I haven't put mine down ever since I got it
@@art1moose it beats the quest 2 in the only categories it is actually good add (resolution) and easily bests it in other categories that are more important

I got a horror story for you... check this out... so let's say theoretically this happens:
1.) Lil Xan joins the Metaverse as the first human being to upload his consciousness to the Metaverse.
2.) 6.6 years, 6 days, 6 hours, and 6 seconds pass by...
3.) Zucc says "you know what Xan and friends? I think we're gonna unfortunately have to shut down the servers to the Metaverse... we're going to have to wipe the whole thing. Literally everything. I know your body has already decomposed - the cryo-chamber didn't exactly work out as planned and you ended up with severe hypothermia and necrosis because one guy was eating chips as he defrosted your IRL avatar... He went a little too fast, guess he was in a hurry to go on some kinda date with a hottie from Project Veritas... so uhh... yeah. The project didn't work out, and you know, out of my billions of dollars, the thousands of dollars it costs to upkeep this service nobody else wants to join is unfortunately a hamper on my dollar bill, CBDC, and NFT collection... it is for the good of things. Sorry. Trust me on this one, bro."
4.) Zucc takes a *sip of awkward water* as he crawls back into his lizard den and tasks his employees from customer support to finish the dirty deed.
I'm no Miss Cleo, but I can foresee that happening almost certainly. XD
Honestly Hip this has been one of the best videos I have watched in a long time, it was concise, fun, and informative. None of this spastic Sponge Bob of VR content of the late and I couldn't agree more with your take on the current state of Quest 2.
I feel the quest 2 could be better if there were a better variety of games to choose from. Since it's launch I have bought like three games I was excited to try. Another problem for me is the price points on some of the games. Some seem way to steep for what they are bringing to the plate.
When you say “Some seem way to steep for what they are bringing to the plate”, I’ve got a good example… TWD:Saints and Sinners. The game is very janky and trying stab zombies is a pain in the arse (and yes I do it properly like the game tells you to do) but also the fact that the game does not tell you how to reload or where to get ammo from.
@@AviationNB500 bruh, that is one of the few games who are worth buying because it actually has enough content to consider it a proper game. Most games on the quest 2 store are really short and gimmicky, spanning 1 to 2 hours usually.
Sideload… You might not agree with piracy, but the fact that you paid as much for the quest 2 as you did means you should be able to enjoy it
Do you not playing vr games on steam?
@@benny7569 can you ask God to deliver me his one and only 4090, that I have eternal VR and PC gaming life?
I got a psvr2 as my first vr headset on the lunch week and am very happy with it re8 fantastic in vr
I got mine 2 month ago and i 100% don’t regret it, I found it at only 300€ on sale and because I’m living in the southern hemisphere where the prices are usually very expensive it was really cool 👍
dang
I got mine when the price had increased and than it decreased right after
and I wanted to get it in 2020 but decided to go with the psvr,
I could've gotten it for cheaper if I had bought it back than
Is this price for used? Because in Europe they go around 400 Euro new
@@blechtechnikbulgaria4762 no it was new, it was on a big sale idk how but I think I was really lucky
I just got mine as well, they are at 350 with RE4 and 2 other games.. I just bought on sale BeatSaber, The thrill of the fight, Among Us, and Super Hot and I feel I have entretainment for many months to come, over all, I feel I got a good return for my bucks even if it is at end of life.
his content is so good man. He keeps in very informational but also entertaining.
Seems like It's his time of the month...
I recently upgraded to a Pico Neo 4 for PCVR and I'm very happy with it. Clearer, slightly better resolution, works easier with Virtual Desktop out of the box, more balanced. Same price.
The first time I used a quest I had the same awe the as the first time I used a VR years before. The untethered experience is just unbeatable. We just need some more games for these standalone headsets
You will own Nothing and will be happy!
I keep trying to tell people... they think Zuck is stupid for throwing billions into vr and pushing on despite big losses, but Zuckerberg is on the inside he knows what's coming. So the next big plandemic, with actual scary death rates, they'll force us to stay home and tada! there will be meta, with its vr set to go for everyone stuck at home terrified to go outside!
Follow your dreams!
Gold will destroy the fed ;)
Speak for yourself. If I owned my own house big enough for a pool, a hot tub, and an indoor movie theater, screw you, I'm happy!
No u won't
I just got back into VR and got a quest 2 for 200 used and a VR air bridge and I love it. Works great with my PC VR games and I got games for on the go. I have no problem with the strap like everyone else and I think it's better than my Index was
Super on point. Thanks so much for your take on it. It is well received and helpful when determining whether or not I’ll pick up one of these!
I feel like you probably shouldn’t buy a quest 2 in 2023 because the quest 3 is going to come out soon and also because there’s other options, like the ps vr 2 and the pico 4, but even out of those the quest 2 is still the cheapest which is probably it’s biggest strong suit. I just hope the quest 3 will be cheaper like between 300-450
so quest 2 is at the end of its life cycle. but i have just bought one because even with the psvr2 and quest 3 coming out (at some point) i still think the quest 2 is a good entry point. and i cant use psvr2 on my pc yet
Great video. Thanks
I’ve personally never owned a vr headset or played any vr games but I was planning getting a Q2 but now that I’ve seen that they have shut down echo vr a game that I’ve been wanting to play I don’t think I can go with that Q2 anymore.
If you want to get into VR on a budget, look for a used Quest 2. There are so many out there not being used. I got mine for $250. Look around there are great deals to be had.
What If I only want to use it for my driving/flying sims (PC), is it still worth it?
My birthday is april 15, do you think the quest 3 would come out around that time? I want to get a quest headset, but not sure if the quest 3 will be out or if I have to get the quest 2
if you have a powerful enough pc the hp reverb g2 is like 600$ and it's pretty solid even for being a few years old at this point. its probably the most reasonable alternative to the q2 if you dont own a ps5. especially if you dont like meta/facebook. its just kinda expensive for some.
Bro you can buy used valve index for that price
Coming from my rift s and the constant driver updates, bugs, black screen issues it felt like a job to even use my headset and I lost my passion for vr. but when I got my quest and found out all I had to do way turn it on and I'm good I almost had a stroke.
There are people who are literally getting married after meeting in echo VR! They had that much fun and that many happy times that they literally got engaged. And they want to destroy the platform that formed their love? This isn't even a fraction of the bonds that have been made in echo, and the bonds made to the game itself. #FightForEcho
I wonder, how much of an issue is the wire? As someone who has only played the quest 2 i feel like it would drive me mad.
Quest 3 will be a banger. Meta knows they need a big one, and quest 3 can finally be the headset that allows devs to take more risks. Let's face it, standalone Vr is the future, wireless is the future and meta is the only company forging ahead in this area, while trying to make them comfortable, I'm looking at you Pimax crystal. Quest 3 will undoubtedly sell very well and Meta will continue to dominate the VR space. Now we just need them to understand the importance of quality software.
Ridiculous price though
Standalone VR might be the future, but it's going to be incredibly difficult to fit the parts that will give it the processing power and performance of a PC into a small headset.
meta has been focused on making vr all about socializing instead of pumping their efforts into gaming... which is a multi billion dollar industry for a reason so I really hope they pull their head out of their asses soon and get back to what everyone wants.
It's all about those new awesome lenses from Pico 4, Quest 3 is going for the same lenses now
As a younger vr player, it sucks that the quest 2 is ending, barely got enough money for it, and i just need something cheap and of stable consistency. Hopefully there will be one someday
You can still use it as long as you can, even if they stop supporting it (that would require a lot of years) you can use it and even use it as a pcvr.
@@Maku98_ is that possible? Can you just plug the headset to your pc and boot pc vr games even when meta doesnt update the headset anymore?
And if yes, what about when they literally don’t support giving the quest 2 servers to even connect with your account (that will take many years as you said but yeah) Can you still use your quest 2 to use steamVr for example?
Who said anything was ending? There are a few rumors of a successor, it's not like your headset is just gonna vanish one day
Love youre videos!
There are some pretty big reasons I would never purchase a PSVR2 headset. First, I don't own a PS5 and have no plans to ever buy one. I am not much of a console gamer, and if someone were interested in VR... I think it's a pretty bad investment to go the PSVR2 route when it's a locked down system. And what I mean by that is, you can't use the headset with anything else but the PS5. Had you been able to use it for PCVR, it would have instantly shot up to one of the best headsets available.
Second, because it's a locked down system where you can only use it for the console, that raises a lot of questions about your game library. A lot of PSVR are titles are not compatible with PSVR2 and you need to buy them again. Who's to say that won't happen again and again and again? PS6 comes out, will you have to buy your games again? What about the headset? Will you need to buy a new one?
When it comes to PCVR, the great thing about is... technically you don't have to upgrade. If a new game comes out and your PC is capable of running it, then it likely will work just fine with your current VR headset. Whereas if a new VR game comes out for the PS6, for the PSVR3, you probably will not be able to use the PSVR2. They will essentially try and get you to buy new headsets by making it so you can't play newer games with the older headsets.
If you have the money to waste, fine. It may not bother some people as they would just buy all the new stuff anyway. But me, I care about things like that.
How one spends their money is their business. The big pluses for PSVR 2 is it's ease of use. It is plug'n play with no need to endlessly fuss with configurations and drivers. Not being able to mod certainly is a minus but no one has a better platform for providing long missing AAA VR games. What was the last AAA PCVR game? Halflife Alyx anyone? How many years ago is that now? A lot of PSVR 1 games are being updated to work with PSVR 2.
PCVR is more expensive, has no new exciting software - unless ports of PSVR 2 big hitters are forthcoming that will be ported to PC - and require a lot of tweaking and fiddling on a per game basis. Also PCVR is fragmenting its user base with endless hardware iterations. PCVR doesn't need more headsets, it needs more software. Also, better PCVR headsets - ie higher FOV and resolution - DO require more powerful PCs to run properly, so unless you have a 4090 graphics card, you'll either enjoy a suboptimum PCVR gaming experience or will be spending more money.
So yeah, I'll gladly spend my money on PSVR 2. May your PCVR spending bring you the same happiness.

*"How one spends their money is their business."*
I agree. That's why I said, if you have the money, fine.
*" It is plug'n play with no need to endlessly fuss with configurations and drivers."*
To be honest, most inside out tracking PCVR headsets are as well. So not sure I understand your point here. What drivers do you think you need to install? What configurations do you think you need to do?
(I do understand for something like the Quest 2 you need to install the software, but it's really not complicated, we are talking about a one time thing, of which is something you already do on your computer if you ever have installed literally anything before. It's not a negative worth mentioning.)
*"What was the last AAA PCVR game? Halflife Alyx anyone? How many years ago is that now?"*
Doesn't really bother me. I rather be able to keep the games I buy forever and be able to use them on any headset I want. If a AAA game comes out and can only be played on one headset, it's of no interest to me.
*"A lot of PSVR 1 games are being updated to work with PSVR 2."*
For free? Or do you have to buy them again?
*"PCVR is more expensive"*
It's really not since you don't need to rebuy games, and the headset will always work and isn't locked down to specific hardware. At some point Sony will make you buy a new headset if you want to play the newer games. It's way more expensive because of that.
*"and require a lot of tweaking and fiddling on a per game basis"*
I have no once had to do any tweaking or fiddling. What the heck are you talking about?
@@SilvyReacts "*For free? Or do you have to buy them again?*"
Depends of what developpers want to do. For the most part, they are free or 10 bucks paid updates. For now, I only saw Moss 1&2 that you have to buy them again (good job Polyarc).
Anyway, have a great day !
Have you ever considered the possibility that playstation users might also want to do VR and don't give 2 shits about your computer? This product isn't for you, doesn't mean it's a bad product or wasted money to someone else. You're not the center of the universe mate.
So should I wait for the quest 3 or get quest 2
Glad I won't be stuck with an outdated headset because now my PC can FINALLY run VR properly
ive been saving up for a quest 2 and now i just don't know if i want to wait for the quest 3 or just get the quest 2. then again i'm not sure how long the quest 2 is going to be supported for
Well you can wait for quest 3 and if the prices will be too high you can buy second hand quest 2 and in case its supporting is gonna be ending you can still use it with pc.
If you already have a decent PC you will be able to play PCVR games with it for a long time.
A trade in from q2 to q3 would be a killer move
Im skipping the Q2 and waiting for Q3, just seems like the smartest move tbh
Really refreshing to see an insightful and honest take. Great vid, ty!
this was actually exactly what I was looking for as I wanted to finally buy myself a vr. im gonna wait for the quest 3 and hope for the best
Personally, I wouldn’t. You’re buying into the same universe and supporting their bad actions. And affordability wise, it won’t be affordable it will probably be +$600. And furthermore, by the time it makes it to market there will be at least 2 to 5 other headsets launched. They aren’t a thing anymore.
@@jtimleck quest 3 is launching in less than 6 months, what other options will there be in 6 months??? pico 4 is a great example of how a good headset can have bad software support, so you need games (which meta has).
I don't see quest 3 being more expensive than psvr2 (quest 3 will probably be $499). pico 4 is a good indication of how cheap a pankake lens vr headset can be. quest 3 will still be the best budget vr headset for most people (double the speed of quest 2).
as for meta bad actions. most people don't care. most companies do shitty things. the quest 3 is looking to be great. personally as a quest 1 and oculus rift s owner...I plan on getting quest 3 at launch (unless valve drop the valve deckard before than).
@@legendp2011 do it, I would if I diddnt already get a quest 2 a while ago. Your smart for not getting piko 4
@@legendp2011 per the Pico, I think of it as a hardware option for Steam and getting out of Meta’s horrible customer environment altogether. notwithstanding that other companies have their issues too, others are at least less abusive. For other headsets I guess I would be thinking of BigScreen’s micro ($1000) when it launches, Apara’s kickstarter ($800) HTC’s latest Vive XR Elite ($1000), Lynx R-1 ($849), Valve Deckard etc. But more importantly than these smaller companies is the SLEW of large companies rushing to market, and committing to new VR hardware headsets, including Samsung and Sharp, never mind what Apple’s headset will do to disrupt consumer choices as well.
Bottom line is there are options. And as far as game libraries Meta’s is fine, but it can’t compete with Sony (unless they both agree to cross pollinate- hmmm still no Beat Saber on PSVR2 … so…) and I expect Sony will bury the Quest in about 2 years. Steam VR offers plenty of titles including ones Meta won’t even let you have access to.
Regardless, hope you enjoy the choice you choose. Have fun

Late 2023
I'm looking to getting a vr set for the first time, don't know Jack about vr which is the best you'd recommend I don't have a PC but I have an Xbox one and money isn't an issue
Problems I've found, blur game play from those old tech lenses, Pico 4 covers this but lacks help in PCVR, mods and software changes hand sets to meta but still works apparently, if Quest 3 has these new lenses I'm all in!
im trying to upgrade my original quest 1. but i dont know if i should get the quest 2 or wait for everything to lose support and buy the quest 3.
i just bought a quest 2 and im getting it late september. did i make the wrong choice?
They just need to integrate Steam VR directly into the meta VR headsets at this point.
So many companies try to compete with valve selling the same games, for the same price, and think people are gonna make the switch to their platform.
Honestly I never really use the quest 2 un-plugged from the PC for the reason that it can't do what a PC-connected VR can. And just buy games on steam since i have a massive library built up already there. 0 incentive to waste money on zucc's game store thats often cheaper on Gaben's.
Hell yea i needed this video
I love my Quest 2, but I use for PCVR. It just doesn't make Vrchat enjoyable by itself. Worrying about crashers(even if I turn off visitor avatars) to not being able to see the full creativity of worlds/avatars. Unless there's another power increase, I won't go back to standalone

Seeing how they dropped the Go then the RiftS then the Quest1 I kind of know where it's going but it WAS a great bang for the buck. Thanks Zuck!
Bro for the Quest 1 it took 5 years untill they stop supporting them, just the next year they will officially "kill" Quest 1.
And Quest 2 has 20 million buys, do you really think that they will stop supporting them with that number of headsets on the world? Btw they are updating Quest 2 to making them faster.

I would love to get it, but im not too sure to save up / wait for the quest 3 for when it comes out. Any advice? (I don't have a ps5/ps4)
I recommend getting a headset from pico if you have a decent gaming pc since pc vr has much better games like boneworks, blade and sorcery, and half life alyx but if you are only looking for standalone then probably wait 4 months and see if the quest 3 is worth while
Where do you buy vr quest 2?

i have a quest 2 bought it this year mostly for steam vr games like i didn't feel like spending 1000+ on an index or a vive to then also drill holes in my walls for hanging up the base stations and because as far as i know meta doesn't give me the ability to pay with ideal wich is what we mostly use in the netherlands for online payments and when they only accept credit card or paypall i am not buying it like i have used paypal in the past and i hated their service yeah it was handy for some payments but i didn't need it for my everyday live and i dont have a credit card because i don't trust myself with a card that allows me to pay for things that i don't need when i don't have the money for it anyway
price is the key factor
Honestly I regret buying mine. I spent a little over 300 dollars on it, which is absurd because I still had a CV1 and continue to use that one more. I’m constantly upgrading my pc vr setup, and can’t really get that sweet 300 back from the quest 2 lol, I guess the value dropped as soon as the 2nd hand market got dumped with loads more units..
It my birthday🎉 and I like your video
I still use my quest every single day, really for PC VR and training with TOTF so it's a big W for me
Im still using my Quest 1 for PCVR through Virtual Desktop and i was wanding to get the 2 but seems like a waste considering it will be outdated later this year
what graphics card do you use and im so exited for quest 3
He uses a GT 110
because of the fact of echo shutting down i don’t plan on spending money on anymore games on the quest 2. who knows if this will happen again to another game.
TBF, does the PSVR play bc games? or PSVR 1 games? Can you connect it to your pc?
PSVR1 can be connected to PC but suffers from things like drifting.. PSVR2 can not be connected yet as there is no driver to support it.
personally i think quest 2 is not gonna die its gonna be here for the next few years
ah yes. I love when somebody talks about EchoVR an entire month after the shut down announcment!
He still talked about it though
@@TrainedArcTrooper Wow, you really understand sarcasm.
@@touma-san91 I get the sarcasm
After see this I guess I want to return more and more my quest pro that tbh is a kinda big disappointment, my quest 2 btw was killed by a meta update again and this time forever is 100% dead, so I have 2 options until I wait for something better since i do work and play in VR, go for the pico 4 or get another quest2 in the time something better comes or even that quest3 that at least in paper looks promising
I would recommend htc vive pro 2 with index controllers
im only using quest 2 for pcvr so im not suffering with the mobile graphics
im 14 and the worst part is that i just bought this quest with my whole allowance cause i was told that the quest 2 was amazing and now it seems that i should have waited a year and got the quest 3
hey i just made the same move yesterday, it's really not a mistake, because as long as you can still play games and service hasnt shut down you're good 🤷♂ no need in keeping up w the latest when the Quest 2 works just fine, and there is no better VR or anything else really on the market atm
Can you make a video about pico 4 maybe 🤔
I just got my quest 2 and knowing I will only have another year with it really sucks because I asked for a Q2 for Christmas and that's all I got so if it retires I am fucked.
Guys help what should I buy pico 4 or quest
I sold it after 3 weeks - should have waited and got a PSVR2, but now I'm waiting again to get one when theres more games
That Nike beefcake singlet is soo you😊
i kinda hate the quest 2, when i charge it its gets stuck on logo and lose battery instead for charging it takes at least 1 hour to charge to 20-30%, and the hand tracking gets lost A LOT
You mean YOUR Quest 2
Sounds like an issue, not an issme
for hand tracking, it could be as simple as a layer of dust on your inside-out lenses It's very common that this is the case. As for getting stuck on the logo, I'd recommend a factory reset and then you'll get a fresh update to the current quest OS.
@@Midget32 yes its mine but a lot of ppl are having similar issues or the same for years no update yet
@@PandaGamingPodcast i did clean it still gets lost, i have to factory reset everytime i wanna use it after 350+ hours its sits on the desk, but thank you for giving tips 🫡
Yes!!! Listen to your BigSis Selmor! The Quest 2, while new hardware is about is still the most versatile equipment out that only keeps getting better. The quest 2. Even after it is left in obscurity will still be the Mod and Hackers choice for years to come!
If I am fourteen years old and I have a tight budget is still worth buying a quest 2 or wait for the 3??????
Might as well wait for quest 3 it'll cost more but probably worth the price
Ludicrous tomfoolery or delectable treats?
I just got my quest 2 for $135 on ebay my first time using a VR headset
I just got a quest 2 and all of valves games on steam for a few dollars during sales. I can now play not onoy half life alyx on my pc (pcvr wireless i have a good router) but i can also play halflife 2 and all its DLC in VR. I also have a blast playing pavlov shack standalon for free and i got beat saber for free with the quest 2. I'm having so much fun and PCVR is awesome. I'll play it till it breaks
