I tear apart a 12V 200Ah battery to see what's inside. This set of battery is intended to upgrade the current set that I have, the difference is that these day output up to 200Ah rather than 120Ah before. Meaning that when I combine 2 12V batteries and having 200A output, it can output a total of 5120 Watts! For... 1 hour. 5120 watts is A LOT... 2-3 electric stoves at the same time? Personally, I rarely go over this unless I really try to turn on heaters and microwave stuff at the same time.

48v, or 51.2 nominal seems like the way to go when building systems now, at least if you're going to power anything substantial.

It seems like the Batteries are from two different manufacturer? My question is, can I connect two 12V batteries in series meanwhile the Batteries are from two different manufacturer?

The manufacturer does not recommend it. I also cannot recommend it for liability reasons. However, I am doing an experiment with careful monitoring to see what happens while making sure the chemistry is the same, roughly same age, using an extermal BMS, capacity is the same, and the BMA amp ratings are the same.
