That's super reasonable for a sampler set! Grass and sunshine, nice! I haven't had great luck with aquatics, any that you'd recommend?
I've never heard of this brand. Very interesting scents (cut grass and sunshine! smells like summertime to me :))

Dollar for dollar, I think Ineke is the best value for niche perfume. You get the lovely presentation ( and it is incredibly lovely!), the perfumes are very well done and of course the credit towards purchasing a full bottle is so generous, especially given that you get so much in the sampler. I recommend her to the younger folks who want to stretch out their fragrance wings.
And therein lies the rub; I recommend her for the young 'uns because the modern sensibility tends toward light fragrances and of course I like those old-school, old-lady heavy hitters! (You will not be surprised that Evening Edged in Gold was my favorite!)
They remind me of why I tend to not like Chanel and an awful lot of other French houses. They're just kind of airy and light. And I don't mean light as in don't last long, but like they lack basenotes or something. I dunno. They obviously DO have basenotes; the overall effect is just light.
But very lovely, and again, easy to recommend!
Isn't it funny how the scrubbers are almost impossible to get off your skin??
Ahhh I guessed from your description that you would pick that green Balmy one. I enjoyed your sum up of this line very much. Please do another video once you get your FB! I'd really love to hear more about it, that's the one that sounds most appealing to me too.

Oh I am so behind in my viewing! But here I am! I have been lucky enough to meet Ineke at several events and she is a lovely woman. She is one of our City's favorite local perfumers. Love her work in the Alphabetical line. I am crazy about Field Notes From Pairs. Love that one. And then there is Gilded Lily...LOVE that one too!
