2006 Sienna AC Fuses and Relay Location

Using a 2006 Toyota Sienna I show you the location of the ac compressor clutch relay and the fuse that provides power to the ac compressor. I also talk about how you can swap the relay as a troubleshooting step.

Tapping the relay may work but it does mean the relay is sticking and should be replaced. I actually swapped mine with the horn relay as per another video and it didn't work at all plus the fuse was fine so I guess it's time to bite the bullet (again!) and start shopping for a new compressor. From what i hear trying to fix the clutch just isn't worth the hassle since if that's gone, the compressor is probably not far behind. Think I'll see if I can find one from a wrecked newer vehicle if newer ones actually work in a 2005.

Hello, hope you can help, my rear aux blower fan motor is not working, I confirm power at blower connector , it is getting power and changes from 4-12 volts with fan settings. Assuming the resistor is working. However the fan still does not work when connected. With manual power fan works. Even a 9volt battery fan works. I was reading about some high power fuse that may be blown..? Anything help plz , it’s not making sense to me. Everything testing good but still rear aux blower fan is not working.

I just bought a 2002 toyota sienna and the ac is blowing hot air and some of the fuses burned out luke the center watch on the dash cigarette light isn’t working and the power mirrors isn’t working either u think the ac compresor isn’t working or it might work replacing some fuses

Lehew Tech, what is the function of the gray power relay that sits on the interior fuse box? Different diagrams I have looked at state it is for power windows or power seats, while others state it is a spare fuse and an a/c fuse.

Thanks! So I tapped on the relay and it started working, but it is now on and off. Sometimes working, sometimes not. I guess that could confirm the relay is the issue... right?

My 2007 Toyota Sienna a/c blows cold in the back but no air comes through the front vents at all. If I tap on the blower motor it'll kick on for a minutes then stop again. Should I replace the motor?
