Great job! I just recored the floor in my Boston Whaler with Coosa, West System epoxy and 1708. Coosa Composites recommends treating Coosa board like plywood for marine applications in that they recommend glassing both sides with fabric and resin prior to use. I did that even though I had the original floor skin on one side(better adhesion). In your case it may not matter a whole lot. Just an observation.
I'm more of a skilsaw man. Lol. I'm thinking that should be on a t-shirt. Enjoyed your videos so far (up to #14) and looking forward to watching the rest. Hope to see your channel go from building a boat to fishing one of these days.

I have never seen the info on glassing both sides of the Coosa before installing but it makes prefect sense.

Polyester from Advanced Plastics in New Orleans. I get it from New Orleans because no one sells it here.
