You are the coolest guy on planet earth! And finally letting your funny Italian spirit shine!!! Bravissimo, continua cosí.
Grazie mille 🙏🏻
Totally agree
I just love your accent and useful info about eliminating food waste! You are a gem!
So true
FACTS!!!!
I’ve started my own indoor apartment compost bin thanks to you. No more vegetable waste. It’s amazing how much waste we use. No regrets!
That’s so cool! Thanks for sharing 🙌🏻
I’m sure you’re grandparents and parents are proud of you. You not only learned so much from them but your sharing it with whoever wants to learn! I’ve learned a lot and saving money thanks to you! Also, I don’t throw away the peelings from my veggies anymore and I enjoy them so much I’ll peel veggies just to make them and it beats sweets any day!
This is what I’m most excited about out of all 27!
I show your videos to grandma, she's very happy that this knowledge is still around, especially amongst "youngsters" :D
That’s great to hear and thanks for sharing it 🙂
I’m not sure what part of you is more mesmerizing, your craft, your expertise, the simple way you explain, the way you really believe in an teach zero waste, your extensively amazing ink work, or your unique voice and accent that puts the cherry on the top, thank you 💜🙏🏽🤗
I love that you consolidated your shorts into this longer video. The extra information, plus all the humor is just so entertaining to me. I already tried the vegetable peel chips, now i got to try the rest of the tricks
I was intrigued by those too -how did yours turn out?
Now I can never hope to replicate all your amazing hacks, but I will definitely do my damnedest to become a recycling master. I’m also pleasantly surprised that I already knew some of these hacks.
This was a wonderful video, filled with tasty hacks, crisp cuts, and a dash of good humour to bind it all together to get create a refreshing experience for the viewer.
Thank you so much for the great feedback mate 🙏🏻
Finally someone agrees at least a little that green bell peppers are just underripe berries picked too soon. Also slight correction adding oil to a pot of boiling water won't coat the pasta(it's coated with water that repels oil) but it does break the surface tension of the water allowing for a high heat boil, without it boiling over as easy, which makes the cooking process both faster and with less friction of the pasta rubbing against itsself releasing more starch and causing more sticking
This video is amazing! I was dying at 13:45 when you said you forgot your friend while eating the bruschetta you made for him lol 😂😂😂 so many great tips! thank you 😊 I'm especially excited to try out the ginger peeling hack once I figure how to harvest my ginger 😊
Haha 😂 thanks so much, I’m really happy to hear you liked it
One thing I like to do with tomato skins when I'm making homegrown tomato sauce: I set them aside, chop finely with some herbs and garlic (usually basil, sage, rosemary, maybe some thyme), fry the mix in olive oil until it's dry and crispy, then add back in to the tomato sauce I'm reducing. It adds SO MUCH flavor!
Killer video dude - Kevin
Thank you bro, I really appreciate it coming from you 🙏🏻
I ship this, please collab! 😍
One of the most entertaining Channel ive ever Seen
This Guy will become big
YES man! Awesome pointers and love the zero waste vibe. Well done bro.
Thanks a lot bro 👊🏼
This is probably my favorite YT channel. I love your tips, voice, and your lovely face. Which hopefully doesn't get anymore tats. The best part is that you're very funny. Great tips.
Thanks so much but what’s the problem about getting more tattoos lol
Aaawww! There is a mrs.Spicymoustace and she is as equally lovely! 🥰
Thank you for sharing these great tips and many blessings to you both!🙏🏽💝
Thanks a lot and yes she is indeed lovely :)
Thank you so much! Loved the tips! As a vegan I do really appreciate how to make my veggies last longer
FYI, I give you a thumbs up, before your video starts, your work is amazing, thank you for sharing.
Aw thanks so much 🙂
Awesome ! My favorite part is when you eat the finished product ! I feel like I can almost taste it too !!
I love that part too haha
These are truly life hacks, not bullshit like some other channels when one needs a hefty income to afford their crap. You’re the best. Grazie, amico.
I love learning tricks like these. So glad I discovered your channel. Another fun thing I learned is that Lemon peels can also be jarred with just pure sugar to create a citrus oil preserve known as Oleo-Saccharum which when mixed with some carbonated water already makes a great softdrink. But is also very useful in cocktails.
Yep
I just found your channel and it's great! The first tip is even quicker if you spoon the stock paste into (silicone) ice cube molds - they will pop straight out after freezing and there wont be crumbs etc trying to cut up the big frozen lump of it😊
For anyone who doesn’t know what blanching is, that’s what he’s doing to the tomatoes at 14:45. You can do the same with peaches and other fruits. Use the blanched fruits for cobblers, pies, preserving, etc.
I have a very, very small apartment and I live on the 3rd floor with a tiny balcony... I want so bad to start projects and a garden like you!!... I don't think I have the space but I absolutely love watching your videos and love getting tips from you! Luv ya! ❤❤❤
I had a bag of almonds and followed your tip to make my own almond milk and it turned out amazing!! I used the pulp to make protein balls and they are delicious! My daughter stopped by for a visit and she loved them, too.
That’s so good to hear, thanks for sharing this 🙂
@@SpicyMoustache You're very welcome!
Mi abuelito, Cuco Always made the most delicious veggie soup out of left over veggies from the week 🍲 it was my favorite meal as a kid. I miss him soooooo much!!! 🥺❤️ Thank you for reminding me of him.
"Oh sh!t i forgot my friend!" ahahahahaha
awesome video man. high quality production, entertaining, and informative. So much value delivered. Thank you!
You are like sanji from one piece, you never waste food.
I honestly think you’re the most likeable person on the internet. I’ve learnt so much from you and all with a smile on my face. Thank you!

Cheers mate Nans just after lifting up her dinner plate thinking she's the fourth offical
You absolutely make my SOUL happy . props to you man ❤
This shit lights me up like a sunday of thrift shopping with best friends. I LOVE IT!
Thank you youtube algorithm! This is awesome. I just retired at 55 and I am motivated to try all of your suggestions.
for #5 in our household after we wash the rice (we're asian) we save the starchy water to make soup, the starch in the water helps many soups thicken
You are just the best. I recover glass juice bottles from my daughter's work and I use them for my flour, lentils, quinoa etc and they look great. Jam jars get reused too. I use handmade crochet bags for when I buy fruit and veg. And I am learning so much from you😊
Brilliant spicy moustache.
( freeze whole lemons for 1 hour then let sit on counter for 10 mins. Cut in half & every drop will squeeze out ).😀
I appreciate you dude. Everything you spit is golden. I often waste time on YT watching random vids on loop but your channel is unique & will add more meaning into my life.
Thanks & wishing you guys much success. ✌️
Loved this longer video! Excellent tips! I dont have a gas stove and inlove roasted peppers! If inwant to do a lot, i use my broiler, if im doing 1 or 2 i use my air fryer! To skin my tomaties, i freeze the, when they defrost, the skin peels off!
Fantastic video! Thank you for sharing your knowledge in a wonderful authentic manner ❤🎉
Thanks so much 🙏🏻
Hey dude, I subbed to your channel a bunch of months back because your content is great, and I love your positive attitude! I'm not vegetarian, vegan, or a healthy eater. I don't garden. I recently picked up a juicer in an attempt to increase my daily veggie intake because I have a health condition that I've never really tried to do anything but throw medication at. I've always thrown out the fiber after juicing my fruits and veg, but this time I held onto it and froze it in servings for later use. I plan to make the celery/kale/spinach/broccoli fiber into omelets/fritattas/meatloaf, and the carrot pulp into muffins/quickbread. Thanks for doing what you do, you really inspired me to try something new!
3:25 that slap was personal 💀
I love how inspired you sound
Thanks so much 😊
Can we just take a moment and appreciate how exquisitely funny you are!! It's hard to get to this point because of your genius talent and genuine passion for what you do, that radiate from every video you make, and then the elaborate, tasteful and aesthetic photography and editing you have. But you are SUCH A TREAT TO WATCH YOURSELF!!!! 😂❤❤❤
I'm happy that you're a generous sharer😊 thanks for sharing your fantastic tips with us ❤
I make candied citrus peel, grapefruit is my favorite. Just had some chopped up with my pork chop tonight-yum!
I’m hoping by the end of this season, I’ll be able to fill my pantry with dried herbs and produce from my garden. Will try to remember some of the ideas to use too 👍
Absolutely no waste. Thanks!
Thank you for all you do!!! My family loves watching your channel! 🥦💚
Good info. I freeze my lemon and thaw them as needed.
Good job 👏🏻
One of my favourite UA-cam channel
So inspiring! Got hooked on your videos, passion and knowledge a few weeks ago when I heard you say that "waste is simply a lack of creativity"! Genuinely inspired to not only change how I do things in my kitchen but would love to implement it in a social food project, as there's so much waste yet still so many hungry bellies 🫠. These videos are golden man, thanks!
Thank you very much, I really appreciate the kind words 🙂
I went to Italy last month for the first time
This channel popped up the first day I got there

Greatest video if seen in years.
Love your tats, between them and your voice I’ll watch you read a book and not be bored 😂
I enjoy your videos! I just got your book and it’s been inspiring to garden my vegetables and try to have less waste
For number 17 I've learned from Kenji Lopez that you could just slice the tomatoes in half, pulp side on the largest holes in the box grater, pulping the juice while leaving the skin on. Plus the tomato skin could double as a guard while grating!
Dude from UK here I just love your videos , easy to follow and dyslexic friendly ❤
You seem like such a humble human being. As a vegetarian I tried some of your recepies, it’s delicious savory food and dishes you make.
Greetings from Calgary Alberta!! You are talented TY for sharing you knowledge..
I truly love this man he’s taught me so much, and I’ve shared so much with others thank you for your endless dedication and all this amazing content.
Everything you do is actually practical! I’m Italian too I love it
I have jars of tomato powder, brassica stem powder, garlic powder. Add to everything I cook. Love the idea of the dessert balls. I could gain so much weight if I ate what you cook!
Thanks and well done on the jars. By the way, most recipes are healthy so you wouldn’t get much weight :)
Using (organic) banana peels alongside the banana to add to a cake batter is a very good way to use "less" bananas to a recipe while still getting practically the same result. The peels are also pretty good pickled and used in a variety of recipes.
SUCH a great video! Love your content and video editing!
Hey chef! I haven’t been on the line for about 6 years now... you’re a massive inspiration.. you’re vids are a joy to watch..
Love all your tats and thank you for the love of mama earth and food
This might be the best kitchen hack video on UA-cam. Every tip is actually practical and easy. ❤
