    Just found your channel and you said it could end badly if you try hang off with 2 hands. That’s what I was doing consistently until one day I slipped and broke my wrist😭. I still currently in a cast and it’s the worst feeling not being able to play sport.

    A good power one foot jump usually has a toe drag before throwing that leg up. That happens when your get your hips low to the ground. Try that may help you 🙃
