As a white AirPods max owner the headband mesh will get stained gotta be careful I’ve bought the headband cover for the bottom so hair oils do not stain it or any other stuff will stain it

How did you get the little apple stickers?
This headband cushion hurts my head after half hour of listening. Couple of hot spots felt. Very uncomfortable. Returned.
And it destroys the function of AirPods headband. But is orange!...

I dont find the head band piece to hard are uncomfortable. I do find it makes them more balance and sturdy.
