Bro, you just saved my life. I was about to buy a used pair on marketplace when I noticed they felt a little off. This is the first video I saw whenever I was double checking in the parking lot. You helped me quickly see that they weren’t authentic

I had no idea fakes existed. I bought a pair on Craigslist but it has AppleCare. However the button and dial feel fake.
They are fake if they have apple care+

@@Joesgeyou saved me. I watched this video 15 minutes before the FB marketplace meet up and they were fakes. The holes and knobs were a dead giveaway 😂. The body was a little harder to tell if it was metal or plastic. Thank you 🙏

Wow, I purchased two pair from eBay and both are fake. I felt the moment I bought them they were but the seller tried to convince me other wise. Thanks for helping me confirm
How much were the fake ones and where did you get them from
One of our customers donated them to us.
So my headphones pass the hold test, the band squeeze and point behind the cushions. The buttons click and have resistance however would these be considered fake?

Hi bud i noticed yesterday when I bought myself a new pair of AirPods realising last night when i unboxed them that they were real cause on this pair the crown was white and on the other blue pair the crown was red the one with the red crown had started to have issues with the Bluetooth and took ages to connect and went on and of after 10 minutes I bought the ones with the red crown from CEX with a Apple guarantee fixed with them but never noticed until now

I just bought some and they have features that make it look like they’re authentic, but my crown dial and the button on top feel so plastic !! I’m torn between them being real or fake
If the crown and button feel clicky/Plastic then they are fake. Fakes can be really good
I believe I just got fake AirPods… everything matches in the video EXCEPT the tiny dot that you mentioned…

I almost got a scam set. Dec 2023 purchase date verified by Apple serial number. 2024 copyright date on box 😳. Also, no space between the (S) and Serial No. on sticker
I got rhw fake lnw and the real one tvh they are the same ....
