Codemasters decided to do what codemasters does. Promise and not deliver.
Codemasters taking away the visual damage that they advertised was a really gross move. This game does not warrant a 60$ price tag

For those who say that it's EA decision, well you are wrong. Codemasters are the devs while EA is just a publisher. They give Codemasters a budget to create a game and the dev team make their own decisions that shape the game

What alot of videos leave out about dirty drivers is how long you've actually waited to get in the lobby. It can be an upwards of 20+ minuets to even join a lobby for the fresh start, just to be taken out in the first 5 minutes of racing. Now you're either waiting for the match to finish or you're stuck looking for a new lobby that hasn't started yet so you don't have to wait for another 20 minutes or so.

I mean would it really kill them to pay attention to details? This is literally just a reskin - tracks that are actually in the 2021 calendar are missing, slight changes to tracks made for this year GPs are absent as well (Spanish GP, Australian GP etc.) They could have gone the extra mile and maybe change the livery for McLaren for the Monaco GP to match the actual 2021 livery McLaren had for this particular GP.. I was really excited picking up this game but that soon transitioned into disappointment after realising it's just another EA quick cash grab..
Edit: also put in the damn livery editor in the game the presets are absolutely aweful
