Appreciate it! Hope it goes well for you! It takes a lot of practice and repetition to implement in sparring because you have to count in distance and adaptation to your opponent’s footwork, punches, and style. It’ll be good if you have a sparring partner let you practice it lightly on them to get the feel of it first.
thanks Coach! slipping and stepping to the outside of opponent's foot is key for this move. i'm mostly a counterpuncher so next time they crash into me, i'll def try this move
@ thanks for what you do your helping a lot of people with tutorials because you break things down step by step the inside fighting tricks my favourite video you’ve done but all great videos keep up the great work 🫡
thanks as always coach! i am a switch hitter who is more comfy in orthodox so learning more southpaw v ortho tech is super great! i love that you demo in orthodox too even though it is southpaw thanks again coach!🔥🔥
much love coach!!! your technique and tutorials are always so smooth and clean, will always be grateful for the nakatani jab video haha , cheers coach!!
@@andyjiang744 Definitely will explore it again in the future 😄. Yeah I thought I've seen him do that a few times too, but I would've had to look for it for a while! 😆
Excellent, once you slip outside your opponent's stance, they have to reset theirs, leaving you one step ahead at least. You cannot punch hard without taking 3 steps. ua-cam.com/users/shortsTaTpxSj-ks0?si=WAnkjTqtlJ3-OMHL Look at how Mayweather throws his jab, there's a small step with the lead foot, then like a wave, load goes to the back foot, then back to the front along with his punch. His waist turns right, then left, then right again.
Thank you Coach seriously trying this is my next sparing session! You the GOAT!

😄 Love hearing that! 🙏🏽
Nice Chris, FPV angle haha. So it's like, step + slip (rear shoulder forward) simultaneously, rear hand, then pivot right?
Thanks bro! Yeah the FPV angle was a super last minute add on, but it worked out 😂. And yes, that’s right!
@@coachpillowfists Haha you should do more videos like that bro! Also doesn't Loma do the same thing, but with an angle shift instead of a pivot?
